I like this air conditioner but not love it. After I had it for about 1 year. It leaked so much. I had it on top of a box and then had to put a bucket on the floor to collect all the water. Then it stopped leaking for a bit. Then it started to leak again. Another thing is the hose it comes with is too short. I placed it on top of a box so it can reach the window. Too short of a hose to be placed on the floor. Glad I purchased the warranty!!!

Great Dehumidifier it has worked wonders in my large basement space. I am glad I went with the 70pt. Had a Frigidaire Large Room Dehumidifier 50 Pint that stopped working after 2 years with an EC code and received no help from their Customer Service. Hoping Honeywell will stand up longer

We had purchased a previous air conditioner, and a warranty, and when that warranty was about to expire, we paId for an additional year. It was well worth it! When the air conditioner "died" a few weeks before the end of the warranty, the Best Buy Geek Squad did all they could to help. The representative searched countrywide until he located a replacement, and then he was able to get approval for a discount on the price -- so that we did not need to pay the entire difference in price; we "split the difference". I expect this new warranty to be every bit as helpful to us!

I generally don’t buy extended warrantees, EXCEPT on dehumidifiers. From name brands you know to store brands, I’ve had about half a dozen fail in the 3–5-year range. The BB extended warrantees have made replacements a dream.

The customer service is wonderful at Best buy and the Geek squad warranty is awesome,they totally stand behind the warranty with excellent service

Agents have done great service in the past especially on my iPhone.

This product is amazing for the price. It blows ice cold, and the air sweep feature automatically moves the fan direction blades back and forth for even distribution of air.

The Squad is top tier and mind easing! Be sure to get it!

This is my 3rd or 4th year purchasing "Total Tech" and of course it comes in handy and is a great back-up to have, however, it has become more expensive with less benefits each year.....post COVID effects I suppose?

I got this AC in july 9 of 2022 and by May 2024 it's not working like I first got it have it set to 64 and my Bedroom doesn't got below 72 degrees how does that happen

I will say i am not a major fan of these service agreements. But carefully selected they are beneficial. I used the last one on a dishwasher, sent me the part, i installed. total fix. would have cost me much more to have a service guy come in and order a complete new control panel.

This service is a must for expensive products. Always good to include it on something of high value.

4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection 4-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection I cannot stress how important it is to get the highest protection plan for the longest years applied because if anything should happen to your product you'll be able to bring it back and Best Buy you will either replace it or fix it and if you ask me that is awesome and they have done this for me multiple times this is why I am a returning customer for over 10 years

I love that Best Buy takes care of their customers with the extended warranty’s. The air conditioning unit I bought have out after a year and a half, they took it back no questions asked and were very helpful and courteous.

It was absolutely piece of mind having the Geek Squad do all the work! Money well spent!
