I always try to take advantage of the Geek Squad product replacement plan. I like being able to return an item if it goes bad without the hassle of shiping it off to someplace . Over the years I had to replace several products after they had gone bad and it was no problem to go into the nearest best buy and at times get the next generation of a product out if the model that I was using was no longer availble. So yes for me paying a few extra dollars was worth it. The only time that I might not pay for the extra protection is when the coverage that I am trying to get is close to a hundred dollars for the item, such as some tablets that I have bought, however that might depend on the item because I got coverage on a washing machine and a dryer at one time and although I may not have to ever use it at least I know that I am covered and for me that makes it worth the peace of mind that I will get. So in conclusion you have to way the risk that you are willing to take and for me it has worked out well over the years and I have no complaints.

Geek Squad is there to help you when you need them the most, when your product has an issue. Software issues when your computer just does not want to work correctly after a software update, or corrupted data they can fix it. bring it or they can come to you if you do not have the time. Restores, data transfers and backup they have been there to help fix all my friends and family's broken products I always buy a service protection plan on my pc's and appliances you just never know when something is going to go wrong.

Reasonable price for the protection offerred, hopefully it won't be needed.

I haven't had a need to use the Geek Squad, but it's good to know that if I have a problem with my device I have the assurance knowing that they will be there to assist me.

I'm so happy that I get insurance from Greek Squad from Best Buy, even when you don't need the insurance for every 1 out of 4 items you buy though something goes wrong and they will either fix your device or replace it with the same thing or give you your money back. I tell people all the time of you're going to buy electronics that you should buy from Best Buy and make sure you get a warranty.

My time limit wasnt long enough. Every thing started failing after expiration date. Five years would be better.

Well, I only connected it. I haven’t really had a chance to use it so I can’t give it an excellent but so far so good.

I had fun trying to figure out how to pair my remote and i was taking batteries out like it said only to find out i didnt take the wraper off the power cord, then it worked.. haha, yes i had a moment

So far, I haven't had to use this extended warranty, but I've used several others purchased via Best Buy Geek Squad Protection. It's saved me quite a bit when computer electronics fail.
