I can’t give this a 5 rating because I haven’t used the 3 year coverage plan. My L7 Subs Have been just fine. I covered them for 3 years just in case something went wrong. You never know with electronics!!!

Really nice for channel lamps however when I bridged it got a little noisy. (Staticky). I needef the bridge for my mid-range speakers. Which were about 200 RMS a piece. So bridging it to get more power didn't work out so well. I did hook them up as a four channel unbridge. Really nice clarity and really easy install.

I have never had any problems with getting products fixed or replaced at any time would recommend

Got this for my car audio amplifier. When your Spending hundreds on a car audio system its a good thing to get the warranty. You never kno when things might blow or something. Jus a lil peace of mind i guess you can say

The technicians installed the speakers in my rear doors and did it in a somewhat timely manner.the sound quality is superb and plan on making all of my speakers match.

Everything was good but tripped the air bag light and had to have serviced to take care of. Quite a lot higher in price and didn’t expect that from talking to person I scheduled with on the phone.

Good warranty 4 the money. So buy it##############

Lasted 2 years then just stopped working. I would say I got my money’s worth.

Always get a protection plan always worth it best buy honors them well

Honestly. I’ve thankfully never had to use the protection plan, but I continue to hear from friends who have that it’s worth it in the long run for big purchases

Haven't had to use it yet but I'm hoping that if I do geek squad will take care of what I need

Didn't have a problem installing stereo on backup camera amplifier and 4 door speakers

I have had only positive experiences with best buy geek squad protection

This has been the best $17 ever spent. I have been able to replace the sub purchased from best buy, which seems to last a month or two, every time it has blown. About 7 times in last year to two years.

Great service overall! Great for a replacement for anything that it covers for!
