I’ve had to return several items to Best Buy over the years using Geek Squad Protection. And it has always been a painless transaction. :)

Can’t say enough good things about the guy that installed my radio. Was faster than I had thought it would take, did a great job, and was very helpful and thorough explaining its functions after the install. Will be going back for sure to have a backup camera installed.

Great product to protect my purchased items if there would to be a problem

I've only had my install of an aftermarket stereo by Geek Squad. The work was superb and everything worked as expected. If I have any issues in the future, I will be sure to have them work on my problems!

Worth it given the price (fair) and the fact that espresso machines get a lot of wear and tear. This was for my wife; she will be careful and treat this with the proper care, but she will use it a lot.

This kicker subwoofer was a anniversary gift in February and it’s still bumping and sounds so great I couldn’t ask for any better sound.

I’d recommend warranty on everything that is technologically because you never know what’s going to stop working down the line.

So far so good I haven’t had to use it but with electrical devices it’s a good protection plan.

We had a new radio installed in my sons 2003 Blazer. With geek squad protection the installer let us know that if we sell or get rid of the vehicle, they will take out the new radio for free and reinstall the the old one.

The customer service I received was excellent on this purchase !!! The employees went out of there way to help me, which I really appreciated !!!

Haven't had to use it, thankfully. But geek squad will take care of it if I do something dumb. Worth the added protection with the cost of electronics now days. Plus if you don't have it, its almost guaranteed you will need it.
