one of the best movies! Its funny and entertaining

40 Days and 40 Nights stars Josh Hartnett who makes a pact with himself to give up something he's addicted to for 40 days. His friends find out and have formed a pool and are now trying to make him cave and things get even worse when he meets the perfect girl and his personal pact interferes with their relationship. This movie is similar to American Pie even though the story is completely opposite. The humor in this movie is much more subtle than the American Pie series but I still think it's a very funny movie.

Good romance comedy. The story line is humorous and interesting. The movie also has an element of suspense which is interesting (whether or not he will last the 40 days). This is a "chick flick" that most guys will actually like.

Unique approach to finding love here, where Josh Hartnett agrees to abstain from certain activities for 40 days for a bet. Of course, this is when he is tempted most. Very funny, would recommend this movie to any teenager and up!

More adult romantic comedy is cheesy fun but not worse than your average rom com.

This movie is so cute, it has a great story line and the ending is precious.....Great acting....just an all out terrific movie to watch....

this is one of those movies where you have to give up something up for lent and i mean something you really love wow great movie it really is!

great movie and it's cheap in price. what more can you ask for?

Would not play, I bought this as a gift for my wife. I have had several Blu-Rays as of late that were like this. I bought this on sale and it isn't worth the hassle of returning it.
