This is my second Vizio. My first was a P series. It was ok, good picture, but after 5 years one night it started ti hiss, then sizzle, then in bright flash of light it popped and never worked again. So I bought this after reading a few reviews. Big mistake. I now realize Vizio is very good at creating a good picture but the electronics are rubbish. I had them out once to replace a board because the HDMI inputs weren't working. I have a sonos and Roku hooked up and this tv and it has constant problems with them. Lip sync problems that come and go, sometimes the sound goes out completely for a few minutes. It often disconnects from the ROKU and I have to turn the TV on and off several time before it recognizes the Roku box. Both Sonos and the Roku work perfectly on my other tv. Vizio help center ran me through a list of debugging exercises then finally had me unplug the roku and the sonos and then asked me if the tv works without them hooked up. It did so they told me the problem is not with their TV and won't fix it. So, then TV is if you like the tv speakers and want to use their terrible software to run apps.

Gets great picture and color for a good price. You won't be disappointed.

When I First walked into he store it was only to have a few questions answered about a future purchase and to do some comparison shopping. I wAs greeted warmly and when the first employee could not answer my particular question, he called someone that could. He answered my question and more, so I made the decision to purchase my flat screen, plus speakers and Amazon Dot. Keep up the good work and may Best Buy’s better days still be ahead

Love this TV. Got it to replace an 8 year old 40 inch 1080p Samsung. Not sorry my old TV died.

This TV is for our bedroom and has a great picture and good sound...I would recommend to anyone!
