I ordered this in Jan 2023 for my new baby. I didn’t start using it until July 2023 and the adapter will not stay in and it doesn’t work I paid 300 for a non mobile chair. Very disappointed that I am outside of the return window

The swing keeps stopping because its saying something is blocking the sensor. But theres nothing there. And we just bought this a couple months ago. My nephew was not even here for 2 weeks and this started happening.

Fast shipping, we haven’t used it yet but i bought one for my goddaughter before, it works like magic!

The seat is pretty good tho one issue it was difficult connecting it to the phone

Best Buy service was great but product no so great there are better swing for far less price and Horrible customer service from 4 moms

Bought as a shower gift for my daughter. Since it had a short return policy I put together weeks before the date of the shower. Seems incredible. Babies love motion and this has separate different settings. Expensive but was on sale.

My one month old loves this thing! U can sit it up like a chair or lay it down like a bed different motions sounds bluetooth love all the different stuff it does all in one!!

 This could be a very good product to use with your baby. I like that I have multiple settings that works for our child. We like to set our child in the swing after we feed him. We turn on a setting 30 minutes afterwards. Definitely a good investment. 

My child did not like the motions of this swing. Wish the toys were easier ti interact with as babies. Wish music was higher than the motor

Too expensive to die in a year for no reason. They only do a one year warranty which is telling you something. Our twins would like it one week and then be over it the next. Best Buy also apparently sold us a 2020 model in 2022. Skip this on your registry.

WARNING! **The MamaRoos are a disaster waiting to happen!** Countless moms have experienced them breaking, and unfortunately, mine did *immediately*. To make matters worse, their customer service is nothing short of *abysmal*. They flat-out refused to honor the warranty, even though I had the original packaging and it was brand new. The treatment I received was shockingly rude — when I simply asked for a repair (not even a refund!), they coldly told me, **"We can't make everyone happy."** This company is an absolute joke. They clearly don’t care about their customers or standing by their products. I will *never* purchase from them again. **Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this brand.**

My Grandson is Soooo content when he’s in his new swing! I’m so happy I purchased this for him, and it’s great for him while I fix his bottle.

We enjoyed using ours when we were able to, until we heard the news. Weren’t these recalled because they were dangerous for babies? Its what we heard anyway. Just concerned not trying to make waves. :)

I bought this swing to use for work as i’m a nanny & often have the kids at my house. For starters i use these swings all the time & they have been wonderful. After setting mine up, i noticed an issue with the foot end of the rail not clasping right with the plastic end. Whatever thought it was my own wrong doing. Took it apart, did it again, same issue but decided to ignore it as maybe it was normal. Upon adjusting the recline, i have to use an ASTRONOMICAL amount of force or it DOES NOT move. I have a friend that stayed over & she 23 years old couldnt adjust it. A 6’2 man out of the marines also struggled. I understand its not to be easy, but a grown woman not being able to adjust it? Odd. I emailed to see what can be done. Sent in videos & information just to be told its normal to have to use 2 hands. Their engineers have all looked at it & see nothing out of the ordinary. I called to speak to someone voice to voice & they said the same thing over & over & over. You cannot see force needed from video. Its not possible. She said they’ve never had an issue like this before & the workers are close with one another. Ok? Im telling you the force needed is ridiculous. My work, friends, boss etc own these & theres are so much more easy to move. They’re “sending me another rail even though the one i have is just fine”. End quote. Im so irritated. I will never purchase from this company again. I’d be fine to send the whole thing back for them to see for themselves but no. Since videos look ok the $250 swing is just fine. Im over it. I hate this company & will be making reviews on every site i can find. Its odd how after reading reviews others seem to have had a similar issue and the stars keep dropping. What a joke.

This product is not worth the money i spent. It worked 6 months and broke, stopped working, turns on then stops.. Now i can't return for another one or a refund because its been over 30 days and i dont have a receipt after 6 months.
