    Horrible!!! I do not recommend this third party company for this product and I do not recommend buying any third party products from Best Buy. It was a nightmare getting this issue resolved which was clearly the fault of 5 Core company and Best Buy didn’t help to resolve the issue. Totally regretted buying through Best Buy which was once a trusted retailer.
