This is a nice heavy duty mixing bowl. I like it better than the stainless steel one that came with the mixer. It fits just like the original one.

I love this bowl for larger batches of cookies and cakes. You can see where the ingredients haven't mixed yet. Fits perfectly!

Beautiful bowl, you'll feel like you're on Bake-Off! Other than aesthetic appeal, I love the graduated measurements, pouring spout, and included lid. Contrary to what some reviewers have said, this *does* lock into a 5qt Artisan, you just have to thread it correctly. These go on sale periodically, keep an eye out.

This product is exactly what I needed, I was a little skeptical at first because isn’t Best Buy an electronic store! Well I was wrong, seems like they are electronics and more. My original one cracked because the base had a metal base attached to the glass bowl. This is a much better better bowl design the base it is completely glass. Plus price was better than other sites, including kitchen aid.

Item arrived on time and with no damage. Bowl fits the machine and works well.

My mixer came with the metal bowl but I wanted a second one and really liked the glass look. I wound up mostly using the glass bowl and it came with a plastic snap on lid which keeps the inside of the bowl clean when storing it. I love it. Looks great, has thick walks and good weight. Definitely recommend this for both aesthetics and functionality.

I am very pleased with this product. It is of good quality and easy to use. It is heavy but the handle helps with the weight. It has a nice solid feel.

Since the KitchenAid mixer came with a stainless bowl, I purchased this glass mixing bowl so I could see what is going on. After all, a newbie cook needs all the help he can get. :)
