I love the way this mixing bowl really upgrades the look of my mixer. I keep my mixer on the counter and get compliments when visitors see it. I was worried the glass base would fit weird into the base of the mixer, but it works well and stays in place even when using the dough hook and gooey mixtures.

My wife has been wanting the glass mixing bowl for a long time. Not sure what makes it better than the metal one but if she likes it, I'm happy

My KitchenAid mixer came with a glass bowl 12-13 years ago. No problems with it until I accidentally dropped something metal into it and it cracked. This glass bowl fits and performs just the same as the original. I like the glass look on my counter and it washes easily in the dishwasher.

This glass mixing bowl and lid are a plus for my KA artisan tilt mixer, easy to use, solid weight, no additional attachments needed. I was informed to not place the mixer in hot water after it is was place in the refrigerator, to prevent the bowl from possible cracking.

I got this for a gift for my wife. She loves it as it helps her see how much the ingredients have been mixed. She uses it a lot for baking. It comes with a top that seals it so you can put it in the refrigerator which is awesome.

Italian made, fits perfectly and the lid also seals hermetically the bowl! Dishwasher sage, microwave safe, super nice to look at. Great purchase!

This is an excellent bowl to use instead of the metal bowl that came with my KitchenAid. The graduated markings on the side make things easier to add ingredients. This is a great purchase and I highly recommend it!

Ordered the KitchenAid 5qt Glass Mixing Bowl as a wedding gift. The recipient absolutely LOVES this mixing bowl. The aesthetic the glass mixing bowl provides is unparalleled. It looks splendid in a light colored kitchen. The person had wanted this specifically for the ability to take pretty videos / pictures for Instagram, and this has done the trick. Asking to provide details. The bowl connects to the bottom well making a firm connection. And clean up of the glass bowl is simple. Of course, compared to the stainless steel this is a bit heavier and is breakable, so just need to take care. Ultimately, if looking to improve the aesthetic of a kitchen aid with a glass accent, this is a must.

Bought this bowl as a replacement because the original one broke! Hopefully, it lastest longer than the original, the great benefit with this one is that it comes with a snap-on lid.

Shipping was on time and undamaged. Item seems to be of good quality even though a bit over priced. Watch for it when it goes on sale !! Nice addition to your KitchenAid mixer.

Sturdy with good weight to it. incredibly helpful when mixing things that use eyeball measurements and not straight weight and volume.
