Have not had to use yet, but the 3 year protection lets me feel better about buying a really expensive mop.

was incredibly pleased with my recent Geek Squad experience. My in-store appointment was prompt, and the agent quickly took my failing Roomba for service. Even better, when it was determined that the Roomba couldn't be repaired, they immediately issued me an in-store gift card for the full original purchase price. This excellent customer service turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Geek Squad for their efficient and helpful service.

Get the geek squad protetion for this Roomba Robot just in case if it ever quits working, I'll have my butt saved from a $400 investment.

Love this amenity. I wish more large appliances came with this option.

What I like is that it seems to do well with picking up a lot of dirt in my carpet. It also does a good job with extracting to water from the carpet. This cleaner does well with keeping the clean water warm. It very easy to use. What I don’t like is that the dirty water reservoir is small which means there are constant trips to empty the dirty water. It also seems to force you to empty the dirty water tank when the tank does not seem to be that full. Other than that all seems to be doing well so far.
