Bought GSP TV warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 yrs into tv use , the tv would freeze up. The TV would require unplugging and total reset. This is a weekly experience. Called Best Buy for plan use. The customer service representative told me to return to place of purchase for replacement. The Best Buy store Fort Wayne ,Indiana denied replacement after two trips to store. Store told me to contact GSP for service. GSP representative scheduled a repair service in two weeks and was told that it was to be determined by that staff if replacement would be done. The GSP plan covers damage,wear/tear,electronic malfunction. Best Buy did not honor the plan terms. Do not fall for this scam from Best Buy. I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years. Bad service. You will get the run around wirh them
