I was on the phone an agent hung up on me I was trying to resolve the fact that out of the three TVs I had with Best Buy once they fixed and resolved one of the TV issues, this led to cancellation of the other two TV warranties abruptly. I had a technician working on the other TV and the Geek Squad technician cannot process the final items because they canceled the warranty abruptly. I have telephoned in to customer service on three separate occasions to ask for this to be resolved. They have told me they have fixed it, but when the technician goes into the system on his hand, he keeps saying that it is canceled. The agent I spoke with today said he sees I calling 6 times for this matter. My problem was supposedly escalated to 2 supervisors and CARE Support which seems not existent. I have requested CARE SUPPORT phone number or email or contact information and Customer Service says they cannot share because there is no information to them. That CARE SUPPORT is internal communications only. I asked for an email of the calls in and tangible evidence as a customer that I have been run into circle after circle being told they will correct this, or they will escalate this and then nothing happens. No call back to you as a customer that we are resolving, it is being resolved, or when they say you must wait 48hrs for the resolve, no confirmation call or email that they have resolved your issue you'ved call in for 6 times about. Terrible Customer Service Process.

The agents mounted and connected our new TV to our Sonos system and helped set up the TV and mount it for optimal viewing. They were quick, friendly and very knowledgeable! Appreciated thier expertise!

My tcl was cracked right out of the box! It was an easy return (always have a digital copy of your receipt). The service agent helping me at the store was quick and nice (which, in S.F is sorta special, lots of sour faced store clerks).

The picture on this tv is really great and all the functions are nice to have! Plus it fits my wall perfect!

Actually ended up using it and didn’t have to pay anything, I actually ended up getting money back in my account so that was really nice!! This tv is the replacement I got using my warranty with Geek Squad!

Came in and left very satisfied with the geek squad members help. They brought the tv out twice for me to set up in my vehicle and ended up shipping it to me for free instead. They recommended that option to avoid road damage as my car only allowed the tv to be laid flat on the screen. The tv came very quick and the set up is amazing

Insignia is definitely a great alternative, the quality the color graphics the remote and multi functions is a plus. Additionally it is fire stick ready, Wi-Fi connects right away and apps available up to date. I would definitely recommend this Brand to anyone looking for a real quality TV in a budget price.

The TV works fantastically and is a TREMENDOUS upgrade from our at least 10 year old TV. I bought this for my parents as a Christmas gift, 6 months in it is working GREAT. The video quality is stunning and they couldn’t be happier. I made sure to grab a Geek Squad protection plan too, just to be safe. Totally worth the money.
