We selected the 5 year Geek Squad Protection for our New Whirlpool Washer and Dryer set. We now have ease of mind if anything should happen in the next 5 years. Geek Squad Robert was so easy to work with when we purchased these new appliances.

I bought my vizio 65 inch TV in 2014 and bought a 5 year warranty on top. Last week my TV started showing green lines on edges, called geek squad 800 # after 10 min on phone, I was approved for a brand new TV and was given $1200 plus tax to buy a new unit from any best buy store. The geek squad guys are awesome! I had an issue with my dryer not coming on so i called an electrician, thinking it was the outlet. They came out and said the issue was the dryer, not the outlet. The geek squad guys brought me a new dryer and determined that the dryer was fine all along and the problem was in fact, with the outlet. Got another electrician to come out and actually fix it and now the dryer works great. They were very nice about the situation and set everything up for me before they left. They said to give them a call if i had any issues. Great service!

Efficient and quiet. I’m just now having my 1st issues with the machine, a weird noise in spin cycle. But the geek squad is on it!

I have LOVED using this dryer. It was my first big girl purchase for my home. I use it a lot bringing home laundry from work and washing the towels. It has been so perfect and I love the sound it makes when it's done. I do a little dance with it if that makes my weird

This is my first time getting the 5-year protection plan, but it has been my unfortunate experience as of late, that everything seems to break down after about 3.5 to 4 years. I have previously only purchased the 3-year plans but keep missing the mark. Hopefully, this does the trick!

5 year protection on a 3k washing mas home sounds pretty reasonable to me

This really paid off for me -- I always purchase the extended warranties (knowing how short the manufacture warranties are nowadays), and this is something I do as a matter of practice. I've now bought this again for the new machine. The previous one I had with the Extended Warranty the Washer quit working after only a little over 3 years of use in my home (it's not a commercial setting, making it clear) With the warranty, I was able to schedule a Geek Squad maintenance service look at my failed washer and they determined it could not be repaired as such. The good part, I was able to replace with my choice of a new washer as a result (they are very good at honoring your initial purchase price on the washer for your replacement device!). Don't hesitate .. just spring for the extra protection ..

I am really pleased with my set. I purchased the washer first when my other one failed. It is very spacious and washes my comforters gently but thoroughly. My dryer died months later, and I was able to find the matching dryer. It dries completely. I don't have to redry clothes due to tangling. I am very happy with this Team for Clean!

I have always gotten Geek Squad Protection on all of my major Electronic Purchases and they have yet to let me down when it comes to needed assistance
