I have always had excellent service with anything ive ever needed from geek squad.

I bought this extended warranty for a tv that I purchsed for my father. Good piece of mind knowing that he has a 5 year warranty instead of one year that the manufacturer gives you.

Ordered TV online and was ready to pick up not long after. Wish it could have been delivered but my area is out of range. Great and fast service. Greensboro. Helped load TV.

We have always purchased coverage on electronics with Best Buy!! Always a great investment if something goes wrong!!

Its great to know that I am covered even further than the manufactured warranty.

I always recommend getting warranty on any electronic i buy. The geek squad has you covered if you have any issues and they are so very helpful

I do recommend to getvthis services is the one thing thatvhave save more money for me in past year.

Luckily, I have not needed to use this coverage or plan so far and I'm helping that I never will, but it is very nice and comforting to know that it is there. Should I need it? And I can say from experience in the past that the geek squad is more than qualified and knowledgeable to handle any issues that you may have and need to express.

Have not had the need to use this as yet but will definitely take advantage of this service if necessary.

My tv had went out after two years and I remembered I had purchased the Geek Squad. They replaced the tv and schedule delivery/pick up and the morning of, I get a voice mail, our guy is sick. I took the old and picked up the new and received a $20 gift card for my troubles.

Other stores would offer warranty but for $100 and some change we got the 5 year warranty couldn't resist a offer like that

I buy the geek squad warranty when it makes the most sense, usually when I spend a significant amount of money, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year.

The prices could be a little more reasonable in today’s economic hardships that everyone is dealing with worldwide, but overall best spots does a great job of servicing your products when you need them I wish it was a lot more easier to get somebody in a timely man and when you need service other than that, go forward

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

They friendly and were very good about trying to help, but had to send off the tv anyway. Getting the appointment with them wasn't an easy task though
