Works best in rooms that can be darkened. There is some reflection if room is well lit but does not necessarily hinder viewing. I dim the lights for movies and sports so it is none issue for me. It is very easily viewed from different angles and there is no motion blur. It looked very dim in the brightly lit showroom but after a few tweaks at home the picture is bright and clear. I heard some complaints about a buzzing sound and when the volume is turned aver half way up I did hear it on some media but at lower but still loud volume the buzzing sound is nonexistent. I also bought a Samsung wireless Blu-ray player to go with it and found both products to be an excellent buy.

Always get the 5-year protection plan for any purchase for a television because Best Buy has the best warranty of any Market and proof of that is the reason why I go back to them over 10 years of being their customer they have always taken care of me and their crew are the best crew even though over the process of Time new people have come to work there they have gotten better with her customer service every time

I don't usually get extended warranties except for TV's. The five year is the way to go. The TV was dying and in the last few months of warranty. The Geek Squad came out and attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. A replacement was agreed upon and a valuation was made. While this did take some time on the phone, it was a fair evaluation and the replacement options were fair as well. While there is a cost for this, it is a reasonable cost and the Geek Squad is quick to respond.

Glad I went for this plan. Replaced my 55” tv when the HD board went and was not replaceable. Courteous, professional service. No bickering. No problems.

It's been very disappointing. I expected better customer service from Best Buy/Geek Squad. When I purchased the TV last year, I was told that the 5 year warranty was the best way to ensure that if I ever had any problems I'd be covered but now I'm being told by the Doral store that I've got to call the customer service phone number to schedule an appointment. Next available appointment is the following Saturday, mind you that I let them know that I'm willing to bring the TV in myself.
