    The Pioneer 43" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV is like the Swiss Army knife of budget TVs—compact, reliable, and full of surprises. Its vibrant picture quality and Dolby Vision HDR make your movies look like they belong in a theater (or at least a really nice living room). Plus, with Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit compatibility, Apple users can feel extra fancy while streaming their cat videos. Now, let’s talk Xumo—the built-in smart platform. It’s like a well-meaning intern: functional, but missing a few key skills. If your favorite apps are MIA, just slap on a FireStick or Roku and pretend Xumo never happened. Problem solved. Sound? Well, it makes noise, which is great if you don’t want to watch TV in silence. If you crave theater-quality audio, you might want to invest in a soundbar—or, at the very least, sit closer to the TV and pretend it's surround sound. As for the design, it’s sleek but not ultra-thin. It’s more "dad bod chic" than "supermodel slim", but hey, it fits in with most décor and won’t break your back if you need to move it. Bottom line? If you need a solid mid-sized 4K TV for a small room or home office, this one’s a budget-friendly winner—just pair it with a streaming stick and maybe a soundbar, and you’re good to go.

    I purchased the 5 years for my television based on a few factors. The TV that this one is replacing went out only after 3 years. The same thing happened to 2 friends of mine. One of them had the warranty and the other didn't. Finally, the gentleman who dropped off my television had the same thing happen to him and told me that the replacement process was quick and easy. I took this as a sign from the universe to go ahead and get the warranty. For an extra 79.99, I am glad I did.

    This by far the best television that I have ever bought. From start to finish it was wonderful. They delivered the tv. I immediately had it up and running within a half hour. The system was self guiding with absolutely no problem. It has all the bells and whistles. Picture absolutely beautiful!! I’m looking forward on purchasing one for my game room. You will not be disappointed!!!

    This television couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m battling a major depression along with anxiety and PTSD. It is truly a comfort and a friend. It’s beautiful and ultra clear. I feel that things will get better as long as I stay focused and love me…

    SAVE TIME AND SANITY: GEEK SQUAD HOME INSTALL

    Sony 65" BRAVIA XR A95L OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV Model #XR65A95L I opted for Home Installation. Brian and Manny from Best Buy just left. While they were busy with the install, I was able to prop-up my feet and get my own work done [see photo]. I highly recommend Best Buy’s HOME INSTALL. While it may seem like an unnecessary ‘extra’ on top of what you’re already shelling out for a new [insert your product name here], it has always saved me time, money, and my sanity. Heck, for those of us with high blood pressure Home Install might even save our life *wink* I don’t know about you, but vague instructions, misaligned holes, or missing parts can really ‘test my patience’ even on a good day :-) Even though I AM technically savvy, the peace of mind I get with Home Install ($99+/-) is priceless: two highly knowledgeable installers transport, handle, hang, and program our TV. I don’t have to worry about dropping it, cracking the highly sensitive screen, pieces not fitting properly, missing parts, or reading allll of the instructions on how to program it or how to add/pair additional remotes. I know it will get done right and get done quickly — very quickly. As always. With Home Install NONE OF THAT IS YOUR CONCERN (oh look, there’s my smile!). If the item breaks/gets damaged during transport or install Best Buy’s got it covered, which is nice to know given smartTVs have such highly sensitive screen surfaces. And they always send two techs, making install super quick. They were done in about 20 minutes, which included unboxing, taking down the old 73” flatscreen, hanging the new tv, hooking-up the new tv, programming it, pairing the Roku remote, showing me some of the Sony remote functions, and removal of the packaging if you don’t wish to keep it. When they left they said I could contact them any time if I had any Qs or issues. Who knew that’d be just two minutes later, after they’d just left for their next appointment? I sent them a frantic text and they offered to come back when done with their current install (thank you!). Even though it was getting late, they drove back out and fixed the issue (a simple conflict with our home audio setup which they diagnosed in about 30 seconds!). Two minutes after arriving they were back out the door, and we had an amazing, quality tv that worked. Simply put, Geek Squad Home Install removes all of the anxiety while saving me time.

    No lie, on 10/05/2019, I bought my grandmother a TV along with a protection plan. About a month ago, she started complaining that her TV was flashing at the bottom and it got worse. My Uncle bought her another TV, but I remembered i got the PP. I procrastinated about a week to call them, but when I did, they scheduled someone to come. I live in North GA and we were in the path of the hurricane helene. They called and opted for me to send them a video of the issue. I sent it to them, and the next day, I was able to order a replacement TV. It was delivered on 10/04/24. (SN. We had other TV’s that were purchased that day and the PP expired and the TV’s are still working. $50 well spent!) and yes, I bought one for the new TV!

    I recently had an issue with the TV I had purchased last year the required me to contact the Geek Squad to schedule an in home diagnostic appointment. Not only were the men who came out here were professional but they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and just a delight to deal with but when they determined that the TV had basically died they were also more than competent when aiding in the process of obtaining a new one and coming back again to deliver, remove the old set and installing a brand new set that works even better than our previous set. They made the entire process as smooth, painless, and stress free far beyond than I have ever experienced before.

    My tcl was cracked right out of the box! It was an easy return (always have a digital copy of your receipt). The service agent helping me at the store was quick and nice (which, in S.F is sorta special, lots of sour faced store clerks).

    Once again!!IF U DONT GET A WARRANTY UR FOOLISH!!Right before my WARRANTY WAS ABOUT TO END AND BOOM!!!MY TV WAS GONE!!BUT WAS IT???NO TF IT WASNT!!GOTTA LOVE IT!!No one WELL I DONT HAVE MONEY FOR TV’s LAYING AROUND!!WARRANT QUENN!!!

    Came in and left very satisfied with the geek squad members help. They brought the tv out twice for me to set up in my vehicle and ended up shipping it to me for free instead. They recommended that option to avoid road damage as my car only allowed the tv to be laid flat on the screen. The tv came very quick and the set up is amazing

    This is the awesome tv with very bright and high picture quality. The frame and operation to next screen is very fast and user friendly in operation. X setup. This tv is super slim and fits like frame in wall. I will recommend this tv.

    When my TV started to malfunction, the helpful tech diagnosed my problem in minutes over the phone. It was decided that my TV was beyond economical repair, and they would refund the full purchase price. That took a few minutes and they issued me a gift card on the spot via email. Will by a protection policy on all future TV's purchased at Best Buy. Would rate the whole process with 5+ Stars. *****

    The Geek squad has been great. They worked on my tv and ordered parts. When they learned that the parts were no longer available, they took down my old tv and put up my new one. They were always prompt, courteous and hard workers. They deserve a raise!
