Good job mounting tv and sound bar. Could have used cord concealer to also hide extension bar. Could have been a little cheaper it cost me more for the mount and installation than the tv.

The team arrived on time with adequate advance notice. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Cleaned up when they finished.

This is the second time we’ve used Geek Squad and they did not disappoint. Courteous and professional. As a former installer and trainer, I sing their praises enough. I was very impressed by how skilled they were. Once they were done, the job was flawless. I couldn’t have trained these guys better myself. Thank you for outstanding service!!!

they mounted a 98 samsung tv for me they were on time very nice did a good job after it was up on wall they ask if i needed any set up on it load apps internet and such. i said no i can do all that. i did ask that i had a 85 samsung that was taken down in the room if they could carry it up stairs for me as it was aquard and easy for two people.they said normally that is an extra charge but they did it. it took 2 or 3 minutes no problem. sometimes people try and do as little as possible and that very much speaks as to who they are. so, doing a bit more and going beyond what is required also speaks as to who they are in a better light.

When I read the reviews for the first time, I was a bit hesitant on having my TV mounted but didn’t want to do the service myself so I took the risk. I cannot put into words how please I am with the level of respect and expertise these guys brought to my home. They came on time, put on their shoe slippers, and I welcomed them in. I had already picked up my TV so I had everything waiting for them. We went over location of the TV and possible glare and then he marked the TV location with tape so I could visualize if the height was right. They also installed an in-wall power kit and ran an HDMI cable without me having to ask. (I did provide these items.) Before leaving, they asked if I had any questions, showed me the degrees of motion the mount had, and leveled the TV again to make sure it wasn’t crooked. Then they took the trash and left. I will NEVER trust any other proffesionals with my home! I cannot reccomend them enough! One thing to note- most of these bad reviews are because they opted for a third party company. Choose GeekSquad, you won’t regret it.

My install agents were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m not very savvy with installs, wall mounts etc. They really did an excellent job installing my devices and connecting everything along with hiding the wires etc. Absolutely love my set up now. Thank you to the professional agents Jesse and his team! Best Buy is lucky to have them.

The agents arrived promptly on time and they communicated on the day of the installation in advance. They unmounted my old tv and mounted the new tv in a short time. They were thorough and asked a few questions on at what height the tv should be mounted etc. They helped connecting the cables and did a demo on how to wade thread the menus. Once done, they cleaned up the boxes. They were very professional throughout and I liked their service very much.

Two knowledgeable Geek Squad Techs delivered and installed my 75” Samsung OLED TV. Carlos & Nate worked well together. Carlos explained every procedure as it was completed. After hanging the TV, Carlos assisted me in setting up the TV and explained the additional warranty offered and how to purchase it. Over all it was a positive experience.

Chris and Joe from Geek Squad did a great job of installing and setting up our new TV and Sonos Soundbar. This was a flush mount over our fireplace which required extra care and they were careful and made sure everything was well done and neat. We are very pleased and will definitely use These Geeks again!

The agents were super friendly, courteous, and did a phenomenal job of wall-mounting my LG 77” OLED EVO G4 TV panel. They were extremely thorough in asking all the right questions prior to the mounting to ensure I knew all the options available, even presenting an option o was unaware of which resulted in a decision change that led to a much cleaner and pristine mount with absolutely NO wires visible. They were super careful to gently work around existing furniture to ensure nothing was damaged. They cleaned and vacuumed afterward, and most importantly, tested the installed soundbar and walked me through the use of configuring settings. The job exceeded my expectations. I will definitely share the fantastic experience with others. Thank you!

This is a good thing to have included when you buy a new tv, awesome techs come out to mount your tv for you worry free, very clean and professional. Definitely recommend.

They let me know a day in advance when they would arrive then called when they were on the way. Arrived on time and got right to work! They ask where I wanted the TV mount, and TV and that’s where it went. Then they setup the TV from start to finish including showing me how to work the controls on the TV as well as the new things on the remote. Even removed all boxes. Nicest guys I’ve had in my home.

Amazing work from a solid and friendly team. I was going to hire a contractor to get the TV mounted but I do like the Geek Squad service and warranty so I decided to give them a try. They got my 77' OLED TV on with no issues and the thing looks just phenomenal. Highly recommended!

We purchased this Samsung TV specifically for our bedroom and a small sitting area. Samsung was the brand we chose because we have owned a number of these TVs over years and they were all excellent quality and were reliable and long lasting. The installation went well and the Best Buy employee was very polite and helpful. Both TV and all mount are working well.

Within 30 minutes, the geek squad had the tv mounted to the wall and ready to go. I will say it helps when you prep the area to be worked on. As you may see in the photos, the wires are visible in some photos and concealed in other photos. I ran the wires behind the drywall after the geek squad finished the basic install(it was not included in the mounting) I typically mount my tvs myself, but this was so simple, it saved me precious time and prevented unnecessary stress. I will definitely be taking advantage of this service if I upgrade any other TVs.

Excellent service from John W. and his Geek Squad installation team! They mounted and setup my TCL 85' TV, removed my old 85' TV and installed an in wall cable concealer kit (recommend for clean look mounting a TV). Friendly, patient, and professional installation. I would never have been able to do this installation myself. This is the 3rd big screen TV that John has installed in my house. I always receive excellent service from him and the Geek Squad installation teams!

Michael and his partner did a fabulous job! I told him I wanted it neat, with no cords showing. He had to go back to the store to get all he needed and it was worth it. He showed me how to use the tv, Apple TV, set up the soundbar and helped this senior citizen sign into the streaming apps. I was so focused on remembering everything he told me, I failed to offer them a gratuity and feel poorly about that. I’ve called and gone by the store to try to reach him, but no luck.

I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase a TV bracket. Helpful staff and easy scheduling for installation. Looks clean and professional. I'm loving my new view!

These guys were awesome. Mounted a 84 and 70 inch tv is two rooms for me. Very personal. We talked tech. Equipment. They were even helpful as I had ordered the wrong equipment but were willing to try to make it work to see(of course it didn’t) but it’s the fact that they did when they could have told me no and forced me to buy what they bought. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future
