My friend plays lots of roblox so I bought them a gift card and they were extremely happy and grateful for it so i recommend buying it.

bought this for my nephew and he was thrilled to buy stuff from the roblox store

I wish that the digital card delivery was more instant.

so do they email you the code or? does it just take a while

I purchased the digital delivery for Roblox gift card and I received it within 30 minutes of ordering. You get an email that has a button with the label, "View My E-Gift Card". After clicking on it, you have to type your email address another time. Once you do this, you get a screen that says "Code: XXXXXXXXX". You use that code at the URL: www.roblox.com/gamecard. The funny thing is that I purchased this without seeing all the 1-star reviews for the digital delivery. After purchasing, I saw those reviews and thought, "Oh, crap, what did I do?" Now that I have received it, I feel better. And my daughter is going to enjoy this as a birthday-during-lockdown gift. :)

I just got 2 gift cards and it says wait for an email when i clearly did and its been nearly 2 hours and still no response and i can't talk to customer service since its 2:28 AM, and its extremely frustrating because i even downloaded the app and logged in and it doesn't even say i ordered it. So i waited 30 minutes and still don't see that i bought the gift card nor, do i even get a email. This is just straight up freaking stupid just get a gift card from dollar tree or from elsewhere cause this is just ridiculous

I bought this item yesterday, I contacted support and they told me to wait a full 24 hours which i did. I contact them the next morning after still not getting my cards and they told me to wait another few hours, I did as told still didn't get my cards. These guys took my money in only a second but i couldn't even get the product i paid for within the agreed time. I did get my money back the day i asked for a refund so that's a plus.

It has been over 9 hours, have yet to receive this product in my email. Buying a digital Nintendo Eshop took no less than 10 minutes. I see not the slightest bit of progress on the delivery bar either, only 'Order placed'.

Purchased the item and never got it sent to my email. Buy from a different store as this is far to glitchy and won’t send the item. Also no way to do refunds so until support helps me it took my money.

It's a digital gift card, but somehow it's taking forever just to receive my card. The code hasn't been sent and I ordered it since last night. I don't know how they managed to make an online delivery this delayed.

Don’t buy this gift card from best buy, I bought it three days ago and I didn’t get the email for it and then it got cancelled. Buy it from an other store

waited 9 hours now, still havent gotten a single notification or follow up email with the code to redeem the product.

been waiting over 17 hours for a fxcking email remind me to never buy from best buy again this is just a joke at this point. I've contacted them 5 times and i was told every single time "your order will arrive in around 2 hours guaranteed!" and not only that the delivery status bar has not gone up since i clicked the god dam purchase button. This place is a joke as well as their support team.

I havent even recieved it after 13 hours. I do not recommend this item at all. >:C
