This 50th filming took me back.....as I fell in love with Star Trek the first time I laid eyes upon that ship boldly going where I knew I couldn't back then. What a fantastic trip I took when this series appeared on my tv every week. This documentary had a lot of info in it that I enjoyed & never was aware of. It was also nice to see some familiar faces of this series. Happy Birthday (WONDERFUL) Star Trek....Thanks for a Taking Me with you...

My husband and I were a bit skeptical about this before watching it. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Although not many of the prime Star Trek stars gave interviews, several did and what they had to say was very interesting. Frankly, all of the interviews were very interesting and we are very glad we purchased this. We are long time fans since the original series and watched all of the other series except for Enterprise.

I have been a fan since birth, both of us at the same time. Seeing a fifty year celebration of a modern myth is great fun and memorable, and I find that as I learn more of the series and its production, I find it interesting for its flaws and strengths. Sad to lose the old friends, but happy to see something that became a legend because of the whole team of people involved in making it and the fans who enjoy and love it..

Decent interview set for an hour and a half. Missing an interview with Shatner and appears the rights for music could not be secured… and unfortunately, that music sometimes drowns out the spoken dialog during the interviews. Looking forward to the more in depth Star Trek History Channel series coming in the near future.

I am an original fan and love the interviews with the remaining cast ab=nd crew.l Since I will never be able to get to a convention, this is a great event to be enjoyed over and over.

It was q pleasant surprise to see this DVD on the shelf of our local Best Buy. As a Trekkie, I love such surprises. Interesting content. Enough new to keep one's interest.

Just a wonderful look back at the iconic series. Viewpoints of actors and others from all different series and eras.

As a life long fan of the Series, it was great to see all the actors and hear their take of the show. Also the Nimoy segments were the last he ever did. Wonderful!

Bought this for my dad who has been watching Star Trek since the 1st show aired. He said its great ao now i get to borrow it.

A solid retrospective of all things Star Trek. A 'must' for any serious or even casual fan. Would be a well-received Holiday gift.

It's about the different captains in all of the Star Trek series. Great document about Star Trek if your a trekking.

This is an excellent documentary on Star Trek. If your a Star Trek fan you'll definitely want to watch this one.

I've been a fan of Star Trek my whole life. The DVD put the entire World of Star Trek into perspective.
