Easy to add and navigate the apps on the TV. Set up and installation of the included wall mount was great. Internet connection wasn’t great at first, so I had to add another wifi booster near the TV. Picture quality and sound from the TV is excellent. The only downfall was significant glare during the day even though it is in the shade beneath the deck. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

We love our new outdoor TV! The Smart features are very useful and the brightness is great with our sun exposure. We can't wait for our deck hangouts this summer! Highly recommend this TV for any outdoor use and you have to love a free wall mount.

This TV is a a great value for the money. Easily installed, the included mount makes it easy to install. Great for where we're placing it, in a partially shaded area, as we live in Arizona.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE!! Bought a $2000+ 55 inch “outdoor” TV. It is in a covered area where it does not receive direct sunlight or rain. I put a cover over it when not in use and bring it inside when the weather is very bad. Despite this, the TV did not last a year. The screen looks like a picture of wrapping paper. Called Peerless “customer service” and they made me go online to enter a case and would not talk to me directly. Entered my info online and received a response that it is still under warranty and I needed to ship the TV to Illinois (from SC) at my own expense. Was then told I would be charged a $150 “bench fee” for them to look at it, which would be refunded if they deemed the issue to be covered under warranty. If they decided that it was not, I had the option of paying the bench fee, paying for parts and labor for them to fix it and then pay them to ship it back to me. If it was covered under warranty, they would repair it and ship it back, but I would still be out the cost of shipping this large and heavy TV for them to look at. As I do not trust them at this point, shipping a TV back to them for them to tell me my issue somehow isn’t covered under warranty was not an option. I purchased this TV online through Best Buy and fortunately I had purchased the extended warranty and Best Buy honored their warranty and allowed me to get a hopefully better model from a hopefully better company. But, we were without this TV for two months waiting for the manufacturers warranty to expire. How is it that Peerless is selling a product through Best Buy, that has this large Geek Squad service department, and they do not have an agreement with the Geek Squad to have them send someone out for a warranty call or at least give the customer the option of dropping the TV off at a Best Buy location for a warranty inspection? Because they want to discourage you from being able to use the warranty by making it too onerous, is the apparent answer. There are better options out there, Peerless is awful. Never again.

I got my Neptune last week. The picture is great, it was easy an easy setup. The interface is fast and easy to use. The cords are behind an airtight panel, nothing is getting in there. Apps have updated a few times, but it only takes a few seconds. Really happy with this TV choice.

This item is the perfect blend of performance and affordability. It has all the features needed for the outdoors and the quality picture of an indoor television. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Just hung the tv outside but so far its been great. Picture is very clear even in the sun and sound isnt terrible. Could eventually add a spundbar to it but works for now

Delivery was great. TV is perfect for partial sun area - we hung this on the side of the house (north facing wall) - easy set up with connection to internet.
