So far so good. It's my ten year old son's first electric scooter. I especially like the different speed modes, so his mother doesn't have a coronary while he learns how to ride it. Accent lights, turn signals, bell and head/tail lights are nice extra touches.

Great scooter... I appreciate all the safety measurement: turning signals, abs, LED lights, headlight, etc. My baby loves it! Great buy... Also, the videos included via Youtube in order to DIY and fix your own scooter if something goes wrong (added plus).

Horrible scooter, after barely 100 miles it started having problems. 1st it started off when everytime i held the brakes, the scooter completely shut off. Then at one point when I fixed it, 2 rides later and it shut off, and now it will not turn on at all. The manufacturer is not giving me any good information and takes way too long to respond. I am currently asking for a return or money back and do not want to ride this scooter any longer as it is already dangerous to ride.

Do not buy this scooter from Best Buy! It is sold by a third party who is also not the manufacturer! Ours arrived with a defect and it does not work. Best But would not take it back. The third party seller would not take it back. We reached out to the manufacturer and have heard nothing. A total scam.

This is such a great and safe scooter. It has lights and signals for using it down busy streets. My daughter takes it to work and back to her apartment. It was a great gift idea
