Bought this out of box and missing the remote; an older Samsung remote I had worked until I ordered a new one through Amazon. The system works great; my only complaint is the remote is really small and light weight (uses a wafer type battery), I prefer a remote that's a little heavier. But overall that's a minor issue.

this is a great 5.1 channel home theater, fantastic surround sound. Only complaint I have is the smart hub sometimes has a mind of its own and we have to reset it once in awhile.

Installed at the same time as my Samsung tv and they work great together

Glad we spent the extra $$$ for this system when we bought our new smart TV. Ten times better than having a sound bar! Just the right extra touch to movies and games!

Works good. only one problem is Bluetooth connection to surround speakers, I have to plug and unplug them to get them to work, other than that, system works great.

I have always loved Samsung products the quality is awesome.

My expectation of value was met with this product. The sound is excellent and was surprised the volume out of these speakers. Movies come alive.

This stereo was a great buy for the money. It sounds great and it works great. I love the wireless option because I can use it for netflix, hulu, ect... I would recommend this to some one else. Great purchase.

I got this Samsung theater system from a open box and its better than I was expecting, the sound is perfect and I definitely like it .

Not worth the money save your money for something else I've had cheaper audio systems that sound a lot better

My husband and I decided to upgrade our TV so we needed to upgrade our home theater system as well. This is by far an amazing system, the best aspect is that only the back speakers are wired. With a toddler at home it's nice not to have to worry about speakers being pulled off the wall.

it is a pretty good sound system but I don't like that it only has 1 HDMI input.

I love the Samsung brand because of the quality that is a good for family .

This unit has pretty good sound, but is too complicated for simple control. You can't adjust sound balance during use, but rather, have to go to an adjustment menu choice, tweak your settings, then return to the program to see the results. Trial and error method is frustrating and time consuming. Also, there is no provision for headphone listening. Nice unit but not user friendly.
