    It remains in the box, since the downdraft ventilation hood it was to be connected to that was purchased six months ago only just arrived and now does not fit into the countertop cutout specified by Viking, so we wait some more.... no idea if the blower will be sufficient

    I really had no choice but to buy the same name product since my original stove top was not able to be repaired. Didn’t want to spend the money , but the Viking gas stovetop is a great product . Plenty of gas power , heavy duty top and great looking

    You have to order a separate blower for this downdraft that’s about $600. Installation is charged by two fees. You will be charged for installation of downdraft & blower. The downdraft is amazing & so far I’m happy with it.

    The blower was defective out of the box and had to be reordered. I hope the replacement would be better. The nature of the problem was that the blower rattled except at lowest speed. The construction of the unit is poor, it vibrates badly.

    Works great with my 36" Viking Rear Downdraft. It fits nicely into the space behind and below the cooktop. The sound level is low even at the top throughput of 600 CFM.

    Total garbage. ordered 3 months ago and still nothing in stock. Would never buy from Viking again.

    Moving to a new construction house, we purchased top of the line Viking, Thermador and LG kitchen appliances from Best Buy. The Best Buy team associates were very helpful in selecting the right products at very competitive pricing plus we received Best Buy Reward Certificates for future purchases.

    Viking is a low quality product, horrible unhelpful customer service representatives, and the failure rate on these overpriced machines is high. Product failed and customer service chose not to support or cover the product repairs. do not recommend Viking. I would rate this product zero stars if available.
