My only problem is whenever I'm at youtube app, the volume gets lower so for each and every video I watch, I have to go to audio settings then turn the surround setting to either on and off. I'm constantly changing the surround option, if it's on, I have to turn if off and vice versa.

I was told that I could use any universal remote to operate the tv. That info was false! The tv was programmed to store demo mode and I had to purchase a Vizio remote just to get the tv in normal operating mode! The Smartcast occasionally loses its connection to WiFi and takes a while to reload which is annoying when you are in the middle of a show! Oh and the connectivity issue is not with the WiFi provider it’s the tv!

However, we've had some issues here and there. Sometimes the apps just close midway through watching something. The response time is sometimes delayed. But it works and it's good for its price.

Once everything was completed and sat down to enjoy some of the programs I began to expiriience issues. Evenly spaced lines would spear across the entire screen, looks like a test pattern almost, after several seconds tv would restart. Well, I was surprised to see that. Tho king it was a fluke I decided to try some of the built in apps. Launched Netflix, logged in, selected a movie and.....28 minutes in the lines and a terrible audio buzz appeared and tv restarted by itself. I called Visio, they had me go through troubleshooting procedures for about 25 minutes. I wasn’t happy that this was happening to me after spending a lot of money I was very upset. This apearence of these hatched pattern lines is still continuing. Visio is sending out a replacement tv
