    First time buying Vizio, so we got home and loved it after playing with it but the tv wouldn’t turn on unless we unplugged it and plugged it back. We ended up returning it and buying something we’re familiar with. I rate this item 2 stars because we did like the functions and how it connected with Siri.

    The picture on the TV is great. Most of our problems are with the Spectrum equipment. Have same problems with our other TV.

    I had high hopes for this tv after reading reviews. I liked the ease of setup, and how easy it was to scroll and add account into the apps I used. However, after trying many of the recommended picture settings, the colors were all off and I was unable to get a decent picture without glare and dark colors randomly. Today when I turned it on, it went to white screen. I unplugged it and it was having difficulties connecting to wifi. I had full signal, so it was definitely the tv and not the network. It took two shut downs, and finally came back on, but I am not risking it. Going back to Samsung, a known quantity. I have no idea how I will get it boxed up and back to the store, it was a beast to get here.

    Big mistake buying this TV!

    I purchased this TV less than a month ago. The left side of the screen goes several shades darker than the right side. It’s done this several times. It’s apparently a known issue. To fix it you must reset it all to factory settings. Also, last week the TV started to turn itself on without being prompting to do so. I contacted Vizio about the issues. They were not helpful until I got nasty with them. They’re finally replacing my TV with a new one. I should’ve bought a Samsung like I’ve always done. Too late now!

    Very limited on apps. Depends mostly on being able to stream from device (Chrome or Apple TV/Apple Play). Half of the time it doesn’t work and when it does it’s not consistent.

      Hello TVbuyer, thank you for you feedback on your television. To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. VIZIO

    Overall a good tv. However, there is a known issue with Vizio and Hulu which causes it to lock up, then we have to switch over to xbox to watch hulu. Works fine with all other services.

    Great tv to watch...crisp screen, excellent sound. Two downsides...1) Bizio doesn't support Disney + (we got a roku) and 2) the remote is not intuitive...use the roku remote!
