    We bought this TV as a “open box” deal. We took it home and it had a black circular spot on the bottom with a crazy (only inside tv screen) going all the way up. The picture quality wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. I think for the price it was a good deal based on how big it is but that’s about it.

    Had to stumble through settings to optimize my visuals, but after a week of fiddling, think I have the tv looking great.

    Picture on the tv is good, but not a fan of the Chromecast type os on the TV

    Purchased on 11/8/19 Wifi connection would drop out multiple times daily. After 3 weeks the tv would not turn on. Luckily Best Buy had an extension on their return policy for the holidays. I am currently waiting for my new TCL tv to be delivered. 5 hours late so far!!!

      Hello Matt, your television should have been able to stay connected to a stable internet connection within range without an issue. And the television issues you are describing is not normal behavior. Sorry you did not have the experience we would expect with this television.     Difficult to navigate through apps. The TV turns on to an app that has to be set up. Took a while just to find regular channels. I won’t ever buy this brand again.

You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.     Don’t buy an open box item. The day that it was the last day for me to return it for full refund, the picture on one side is distorted.

    Called several times was hung up by associates twice after being on hold over 30 minutes - then was advised that had no solution or even heard of .... zero help

    6yrs ago I would have recommended this tv too. All the great reviews are 4yrs or less. I’ve called Vizio on several occasions. The tv was slow to come on in the 2-3 yr the picture is dark most times. It powers on and off to the point I just say forget it. My coworker just informed me he had Vizio too and to replace after 7yrs . So Vizio is a disposable tv

    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE... I bought this TV to use Google Home assistant for voice command because I spend 30 minutes a day looking for kid lost remotes.. it doesn't work.. you have to create an account with Vizio to link at dms.virizion.com/link but it goes to a service error so you can not create an account to link the code.. I tried everything thing.. multiple computers, smart phones.. keep getting 503 service error.. tried chat for help and I received a robot that gave me the run around.. Found the actual number 6 hours later. Was transferred to the Philippines.. Barley spoke English and did not even know the phanatic alphabet... really annoying.. got told to deal with it..had to demand a Manager after 30 minutes I was told to deal with it again.. I'm still looking for the remotes.... Run

    I read reviews done research and everything looked like a great tv and it was at first but within the first month i had to completely reset it at least 3 times had to power it completely off at least twice a week it finally started working good last time i reset it's been fine but recently i suppose vizio done some sort of update so now i cant get it to go to cable its only on tje watch free and that you have to do 2 to 3 channel searches to watch anything worst thing I've ever bought will most likely never buy another vizio

    DON'T BUY!! A Vizio TV is more of an advertisement machine than a TV. You can not stop the ads from showing up. I was stupid to purchase a Vizio!
