As soon as it was out of the box it wouldn’t run through the setup process it too about 15 times to finally make it al the way through after it freezing and tuning off almost every attempt. Then once I finally made it through the start up it would only stay powered on for a short period of time and would randomly shut off. Sometimes it would power up itself right afterwards or I would have to try to turn it on manually. I have googled and researched all the possible fixes for this issue and none have been working. So now I’m stuck with a tv that doesn’t stay turned on. The only hope I have is that a update for the tv will come out that fixes this issue. That’s what I’m being told I have to do. Other than that I love Vizio TVs and the picture quality and the features of the tv are great.

The sound quality isn’t great, but we have a sound system that covers that downside. Not as many picture adjustment options as hoped (included: Vivid, Standard, Calibrated, Calibrated Dark, Game, and Computer). Clean picture regardless, and the FreeTV is a great bonus as we are Netflix/Prime/Hulu folks instead of cable or satellite. A definite upgrade from our beloved clunky and chunky 55”.

The only thing I dont like is you cant put anymore apps on the TV. You have to put them on your phone and then cast them to the TV. So of your phone is dead you are not watching TV.

Extremely slow for a smart Tv. Sometimes it takes over 5 minutes to get it to turn on. It randomly resets my router when I use it This will be the last vizio product I buy.
