this product look good not too loud put it leave the hair short and it leave hair behind after couple of passes

Loved everything about this razor (except the awkward stand/charger). It worked great and the charge lasted while I was out of town for a week.However, now it does not hold a charge. The blades move slow, and occasionally get up to speed, but for the most part it feels like the blades are simply chewing on hari rather than cutting.

Used this shaver and it would leave a little stubble of hair. It would not shave it down so that the skin would feel smooth. And yea, I tried it dry and wet and still no close smooth shave.

I bought this groomer after years of using the standard hair clipper set and enduring a lot of scrapes from the blades. This device works as described, especially in sensitive areas and does a great job. There's no pulling or ripping, just smooth trimming. I've read some comments about battery life, but have not had any issues with that and I do a lot of trimming. The multiple trimming edges get into tight spots without collateral damage. I even recommended to my wife since some of the products for the ladies seem to be a bit rough! Well done overall!

Not typically sensitive to shavers - ouch! I just realized this and I'm outside the return window. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone else.

Still nicks and grabs hair. Does the same as the cheaper ones. Nice is that it does have the foil shaver but not that nice.

Awkward, not well design, was hard to use, didn't sit easily in charging stand, threw it away.

I purchased the unit but returned it because it was do harsh on my skin. Was not satisfied and returned item.

Not worth the money. Does not work as advertised. Went back to using the old fashion razor. Don't waste your money

It does nor perform like a razor should. It pulls and does not shave as close as others I have used.

My husband returned them the next day. Did not give a good shave. Actually it was terrible!

If you already use any other trimmer, than this is waste of money

This razor is extremely comfortable. You can use it in both in and out of the shower. It's also very multi-purpose as it has both a long hair trimmer and a short hair trimmer. I highly recommend.

I've been using the Norelco products for a while and they get better and better. The annoying part was having to attach the clippers to the groomer every time. Now, the clippers re built in and I don't have to carry them anymore. It's just the groomer and the power cable. Also, easy to clean, more portable, quiet and charges quickly.

As a multi-use shaver this was an excellent purchase. It has a foil head on one end, and a "guarded" razor on the other. Both ends work really well - although the foil end ends up giving you more short "5-o-clock shadow" shave, than a perfectly smooth shave. It's great that it works in the shower as well.

This is truly a full body shaver. There isn't a place below your neck you can't shave. It has a great shape to help reach hard to get at places. It's a close shave, easier and much safer than a blade.

This body groomer works great! Easy to use, charges up rather quickly and last a long time on the charge

This is overall a decent purchase. My biggest complaint is that the trimmer side clogs easily, which slows down the trimming process. My only other real complaint is that the battery doesn't seem to hold enough charge. When I trim my beard, the battery will go from a full charge to a very low charge. I haven't actually run out of charge, but the trimmer does slow a bit, and the battery charge indicator will blink. I do like having the shaver and trimmer built into a single unit, and while both tools work decently, neither function works exceptionally well. The build quality feels very good, and it's a sharp looking device. I might suggest this to a friend who is looking for something similar, but with the caveats that it isn't as great as I had hoped.
