I opted to go with an open box that was certified and saved big. That was the first major plus and simple purchasing process. The unit was in the exact condition quoted. The setup, sound and features exceeded my expectations. No complaints. 110% satisfied

We purchased the Yamaha home theater system because we have been pleased with Yamaha in the past. The system was easy to install and sounds great!

Amazing sound quality! There is a small learning curve as far as all the sound options, but it was not difficult to figure it all out. There are plenty of presets to choose from or you can also fine tune the sound through individual speakers. The PS4 sounds amazing through this sound system! Depending on the size of the room it’s going in, you may need some extra speaker wire. Overall incredible system that I’m glad I purchased!

I bought this surround sound system for our smaller basement with an idea that I will use the amp and the sides only as I did not expect the sub to be this effect. Boy, was I wrong!! This thing is amazing. Highly recommended.

This system along with a 70" tv was purchased for a room @ 16' x 20' . The sound system does an excellent job of filling the room, and sounds terrific. The ease of setup with the included microphone is a huge plus for me. Once it calibrated itself it was pretty much exactly how I wanted it to sound. The remote is also very easy to navigate with. All In all very pleased.

I looked at several systems in the store and with the guidance of the associate for this area I chose this system. system was easy to setup. the setup software makes calibrating a breeze. Incredible sound. Very satisfied. I like the theater in a box cause everything is there and matched up.

I had thought the quality of this product wasn't going to be good but i was wrong, it sounds really good and the price isn't so bad, it comes with speakers that need normal wires and you cut and plug to your desire, Would recommend to anyone in a 400 bucks range for good sound

My Yamaha - 725W 5.1-Ch. 3D Home Theater System - Black finally gives me the surround sound I've been wanting in an all-in-one package. I had previously purchased a 7.1 sound bar, and have been disappointed in the lack of surround sound effect. Purchased these and couldn't be happier. All Yamaha, great sound.

I’m sure it will be great once I get one that works. I’m replacing one that was damaged by flood. Problem is I purchased the replacement system about three weeks before I could set it up because my space at home was still being repaired. The unit was defective and after checking & testing by phone with Yamaha I was told to return to Best Buy for replacement & gave me some documentation to do so. Best Buy refused to replace it, but said they would try repairing it or give me a credit. I want it replaced, period. Thanks for no help Best Buy! I am now going through the extra trouble of shipping it back to Yamaha at their expense for a replacement.

Sounds amazing, easy to setup and HDR works through it

I had a surround sound system for my 60" plasma TV and upgraded to theater sound. The difference is like night and day. You really believe you are in a theater while relaxing in your recliner at home. The Yamaha system was reasonably priced and worth every penny. I recommend it without reservation.

We got this surround sound for the movie theater we put in our basement. While it’s not the highest end, the output is great! I walked in from work and the kiddo was playing call of duty. It sounded like there was a war zone in my basement, rumbling floors and all! I highly suggest this system.

The sound is good. But for some reason a speaker has blown and I've only had it for a couple of weeks. Other than that, I will return and hope the next system does not do the same thing.

Has a great sound and nice deep bass works great with 4k too

Totally satisfied with my system still learning of some of the features mostly use it for TV movies blue ray and cds have not used usb or blue tooth function

Amazing system for in home theatre. Such clarity in such small speakers makes movie watching great. Husband made a great choice picking this product for our home.
