This is a great system for the money. Honestly, I can't really imagine that a Bose system could sound much better. The only thing I don't like is having to hide all of the little speakers everywhere, and the subwoofer is pretty large. It is kind of hard to conceal it, but I have it next to my desk and it isn't that noticeable. The speakers are small and are attractive looking with a nice shine to them. I am very satisfied with this system and am glad that I gave it a chance before I spent over 2K on a Bose system.

I bought this system after checking out separate speaker/receiver setups and I cant see why I waited so long. This system is great, I mean GREAT. It has a lot of features that I do not need but are there when I do need them. The HDMI pass-through is perfect. I can't believe I was going to spend $1000+ dollars for separate components. If you need a great system, but do not want to spend the bucks for the crazy "I gotta have the best" systems, get this system. Remember that the better systems have a powered woofer; stay away from the systems with a non-powered woofer.

I was torn between spending tons of money on a bose system or getting this much cheaper Samsung 840W 7.1-Ch. 3D Home Theater System. On one had I would have gotten a awesome Bose system but on the other It would have cost me Thousands more than what it cost me for the Samsung. So far with the Samsung system I have been totally blown away with what is offered in this sound system. Anytime you can spend about 1/8th of what it would have cost to get a bose and still have a system with PLENTY of powerfull sound, Is a no brainier!
