Used to have all my streaming apps on my smart TV but that thing just got slower and slower. I ended up switching all the apps over to my Xbox Series X, but using the game controller was somewhat cumbersome. This remote is a wonderful an relatively inexpensive alternative to using the regular Xbox controller. It has all the typical buttons you'd need, but you'll have to make sure your Xbox settings are adjusted to control your TV volume via the console in order for the volume buttons on the remote to work. The center button is a little finnicky and seems to wiggle a bit, so if you don't press straight down on it it might not register the press, but aside from that the build quality of the remote is excellent.

Awesome product don’t need to even set anything up just put the batteries in and it starts work simple to use and backlight buttons are awesome for night time

Cool really small and easy to find remote, only thing that doesn’t work is volume buttons but I think it’s because I have a older TV. Other than that this remote is way better then the other brands. I’ll update in a few months to see how it lasts.

Attractive simplistic design, well built remote. Highly recommend for any XBOX owner that likes to stream or watch physical UHD 4K, blu ray, or DVD movies. A huge convenience over using a controller to navigate. The only nitpick would be unlike a game controller, you’ll have to point the remote at your console for input. After a few uses you’ll get used to it. I preferred this version over the larger black remote by the same company because of its smaller size and I don’t need all those buttons. Though I’d prefer the small version in black. But white is fine.

Worked ok. At least it controlled the volume of the TV for the most part . The connection always seemed delayed and eats batteries quickly. Worst part: bought March 2022 and just stopped working November 2022. Albeit, the construction and buttons seem on the nicer side vs generic side. Only reason for 2 stars.

Nice little remote, easy to use right from the start, makes using apps easier without having to use the controller all the time

This is one of the best items I ever ordered from Best Buy!! We get our streaming through the XBox and this remote makes it seamless!

Love this remote! The only down side is battery replacement can tend to be a common occurrence. Also, I wish it came is black.

Bought this for the series X in my bedroom which sits on a stand close to the floor. Like other reviewers said the signal only works when you’re very close was no exaggeration. In fact, it’s worse than I imagined! Don’t waste your money if your Xbox is any way out of direct fire if you expect this to work.

I had to hit the buttons twice because it doesn’t read the first time.
