Great looking flick, but mainly for Fulci completists. Tremendous supplemental extras. A look inside the brain of a very intelligent filmmaker, provocative, unique to say the least. Grindhouse hits another homer.

Grindhouse always goes all out with their releases, and Cat in the Brain is no exception. Great extras, nice booklet, sharp transfer. Must buy for Fulci and Grindhouse collectors.

Another stellar release from Grindhouse Releasing who has really set the bar for collector Blu-rays with their packaging, extras, and overall presentation. Fulci would be proud!

Owned this back in the day but sold it so now finally rebuying it. Not Fulci's best but not his worst. Gory enough.

My wife and I loved this movie. Disturbing, twisted, funny, and lots of gore! The Italians are brilliant when it comes to horror movies. If you love a good gore flick, you'll love this. It'll get inside you're head for days. BUY IT!!!

Lucio Fulci was never a good director, not even close. So when I heard he was acting in this movie, I thought maybe he finally found his niche. Well I was dead-wrong, he's worse in front of the camera than behind it. Let's just say the dubbing is worse than some of those old Godzilla movies from the 1970's, its embarrasing. The acting is probably some of the worst you'll likely see in a long while. And the dialogue is just embarrasing. I mean really, this is some of the worst writing I've ever seen. The DVD includes an interview with one of the American actors who starred in a few of Lucio Fulci's films. The guy tells it like it is. He explains why Fulci doesn't know how to direct or do anything right and why American horror films will always be better than these cheap Italian jokes. I'd say to avoid this film like the plague, that is unless you want to like at how awful it is.
