At the holidays I enjoy watching movies A Christmas Carol is my favorite. I have been a George Scott fan and was very delighted to add this to my collection as it seems to be played less on cable

My wife and I agree that this is the very best version of "A Christmas Carol". George C. Scott is wonderful as the lead character. May be too scary for young children.

George C. Scott does a superb job in the role of Ebeneezer Scrooge. This is an excellent portrayal of a timeless Christmas classic. It can be enjoyed by the entire family.

I have a copy of The Christmas Carol in my DVD/BR library and since my niece just got a BR player I thought she would like it for her collection-Yep! It is a good one!

This is just a great Christmas classic. I don't think it's appropriate for younger children but that's really a parents discretion kinda thing.

A different version of the classic Christmas carol, but the quality of the picture was good on blu ray and George C Scott is always a good actor

George C. Scott really shines as Scrooge! The movie is a bit different than the Alistair Sims movie, but is every bit as good.

A Christmas Carol is a traditional movie to watch each holiday season. The acting is by far incredible and the meaning of the holiday season seeps through. A movie must !!
