This release even includes all the special features that were exclusive to the now out-of-print blu-ray steelbook. If this is one of your favorite movies, do not hesitate purchasing this disc.

This classic Christmas movie looks better than ever with a new vibrant 4k scan! The difference will be even more astounding if you're coming from your old VHS tape from the 80s!

Both of my kids favorite childhood Christmas movie! Combined with an outstanding new 4K transfer and audio upgrade, makes for a wonderful evening of Christmas viewing magic.

Added sharpness and better xolor grading with hdr make this film pop while not losing its classic luster and feel to it. Not just a 1080p put on a 4k bluray disc.

Man o man! I’ve waited for this moment to hear that this classic was coming to 4k! The quality is awesome and once again Dolby vision adds that pop.

Dont expect the picture to be outstanding considering the source material. The movie itself has a hazy look due to how it was filmed, and that will always be the case. That said, it is still a noticeable improvement compared to the 2008 Blu-ray. The HDR is also a nice touch, really bringing out the colors in some scenes. Worth buying, especially if you dont already own it.

A Christmas Story is such an iconic movie that it must be shared with everybody you know that hasn't seen it! Like a hermit!

This was always a great Christmas movie growing up. With an upgrade to 4k it's even better than before.

You'll shoot your eye out kid! Nice transfer good colors and somewhat soft but thats to be expected.
