This is the second part of a very good (no great ) STORY!

I bought this Blu Ray set to add to my collection and for the price (when it was on sale) it was a no brainer. Excellent stories and wonderful acting.

More to a great story, giving one a more complete look at how events unfolded

Not a bad biblical mini series for a film. A lot was told that truly did take place during and after the 40 days that Jesus stayed on earth after His resurrection. To little time were spent on the development of Disciples & Apostles as they became warriors for Christ. Overall, 'twas good & you could actually learn a few things and more once you research it properly. I pray they continue the series, after seeing how it suddenly ended. It took me by surprise.

Terrific production values, very good acting and a successful interpretation of this period of time after the crucifixion. Every faction fighting for their beliefs, or holding on to power or just to sustain their way of life is demonstrated equally without prejudice. A good history lesson at least for many viewers, but wished there could have been a look into what the future brings since I fear this was the end of this programing after its cancellation on television.

Great to have had a visual since of the times and living conditions that people lived through to drive a little more attention to what occurred then compared to where we are today. The stories shed light on several positions which certainly brings cause for discussion and debate. However, the visual imagery causes one to focus and to think of the what ifs.

Wonderful companion to The Bible series concluding with the lives of the disciples of Christ after the saviors crucifixion. The acting is above average with the some of the best cinema photography for the budget they had to make this series. Very inspiring and pretty much to the records of the New Testament. Good family viewing for all ages.

This series covers the initial chapters of the book of Acts in a very authentic and honest manner. The acting is superb. I would think even yet-to-be believers will find the message compelling and inspiring towards faith in Jesus and His Church.

I followed this series when it ran on tv this year and I did not want it to end. I really learned a lot of things I did not know and I especially liked the cast. Hope the saga continues. Will be lending to a friend to watch.

I really liked this Bible series originally on TV - very professionally made! Now it's available on DVD, so I can enjoy it again. I hope the producers can make more in the future. I will surely get them also.

With an all new cast, this 12 hour mini-series takes place immediately after the events in THE BIBLE mini-series and continues through the first 10 chapters of the Acts of the Apostles. If you enjoyed the previous mini-series, you will love this and want to add it to your collection.

We thoroughly enjoyed this mini-series! It is well done - from the sets to the acting to the cinematic quality. It's so amazing to see this type of production being done; one that glorifies God and helps to spread good news of Jesus Christ!

It surpassed my expectations, very well made, it blends the Roman history with the Jews, Caligula it showed as it was described in the history, sad the way it ends because you wanted to see more. I hope and pray they do more chapters

The Bible AD is a must purchase. It starts at the end of Jesus's life on earth. A great program for those who love the Bible and want to learn more about what took place after his body was placed on the cross.

I loved the first Bible series but was disappointed how quickly they wrapped up the ending, so when I found out that they came out with more I was super excited. Would definitely recommend as a family film.

I bought this as a sequel to "The Bible" and it turned out to be a great buy. Picturization and the flow of the story is well done. Definitely a 'must buy' for those who love to read the Bible.

We had watched this series on the TV and absolutely loved it. The story was true to the Bible and encouraged us to further delve into the Bible for more. Look forward to watching it again with friends!

I found that this DVD's authors are very accurate with their presentation. Unlike others that add to the bibles content with unrealistic production

I really enjoyed this movie. Plan to watch it many times. I also plan to recommend it to all my friends and to check out all DVDs at Best Buy.

pretty awesome. Glad they spent time to focus on a certain period of time, covering a specific chain of events. I hope they do another, such as the Letters of Paul covering his ministry
