While this album may not be everyone's cup of tea, Jennifer definitely delivered an cohesive album that recalls to mind the "This is Me...Then" album. I actually found myself reminiscing about that album as I listened to most tracks, especially "So Good", "Worry No More", and "Same Girl". Jennifer made an concerted effort to go back to the music she was known for before the most recent dance craze took over - smooth and melodic R&B/Hip-Hop. And I was very happy with that because it brought out great tracks. Going on tour for the first time in 2012 definitely reignited her motivation and passion for music. But more importantly, it gave her the confidence to go out of her comfort zone vocally, try something new, and create the best vocal performance of her career in "Let It Be Me." This album gives us all of what we have known Jennifer for. While it may not be "groundbreaking", it is still a solid album that should be taken for what it is - a laid back album with good tracks. Some of her previous albums had only one "hit", but the real prizes were the excellent album tracks that no one even knows about. That is ultimately what the "A.K.A. " album is.
