One of my all time favorite movies. Based on a true story of a women's baseball team during WWII. Funny & touching. Well written & well acted. A League of Their Own was filmed in my city so I wanted to purchase the 25th Anniversary edition to replace the VHS tape I had!

I have seen this 1000 times so finding it on Blu ray was a dream come true for my collection !! Amazing cast with lots of laughs mixed in a film that is based off the all American League girls baseball league that happened during the war will have you in tears !

This movie is so very well made. Tom Hanks, Geena Davis and Rosie O'Donnell are so incredibly good in this movie. The costumes and cinematography are amazing. The story itself is amazing. Makes you get lost in time for a couple of hours. Truly a gem of a film.

Whenever this movie comes on television, I make the time to watch it. I am not sure I will watch this Blu-ray version more than once, but even at that, it is worth the price. After all, there is no crying in baseball or Blu-rays.

I enjoyed this movie years ago, and had lots of laughs and good time with my family, especially with my late mother who appreciated good movies. This movie touches the heart, and reminds us of a time almost forgotten by history.

Great movie for the discounted price with the added bonus of a digital copy for viewing on-the-go. Well-crafted and acted with Tom Hanks delivering a wonderful performance in one of his most memorable and yet under-rated roles.

"A League of Their Own" is one of my favorite baseball movies. It truly pulls at the heart strings towards the end. The blu ray quality is amazing and the bonus features are fun too. Really great score by Thomas Newman too.

All star cast with a great story. Bought this for my wife for Christmas as this is her all time favorite movie. Highly recommend if you have never seen this movie. Tom Hanks is hilarious!

Before seeing this, I had no idea there was a professional women's league of baseball. The film holds up wonderfully and the cast is fantastic. This edition isn't too different from the previous blu-ray (one bonus feature and a digital copy are the only differences) but it's worth getting if you never got around to adding it to your collection.

Loved this movie when it came out, and the extras on this disc are great. The outtakes clear up a few things that were left unanswered in the final cut, and the behind-the-scenes clips are very interesting.

One of those classic watchable movies that you can't pass up if you see it while scrolling through the channels. Its finally got a High-Def anniversary edition.

This movie needs to be part of every baseball fan's movie collection. The ensemble cast is great, the DVD extras flesh out the history of the movie and is a great reminder of the role women played during World War II.

Another great baseball movie based off of real events. It was fun watching Tom Hanks as a drunk who could care less about women's baseball become a great manager and sometimes father figure of the women's team

This has to be a classic sports movie. It has something for everybody. You find your self rooting the many players. Just a great story and history of professional women's baseball.

One of my favorite movies to watch on a hot Summer day. This Blu-ray has same a/v as the previous release but includes a nice new extra for the 25th Anniversary. Pick it up.

Being a baseball fan this is a great movie. I know it is a fictional story about a time in baseball History but it's done so well with Hanks and Davis as the main characters. The movie looks great in HD on Blu Ray and it helps that it comes with a digital copy for Ultraviolet.

A masterpiece. You'll laugh at the great comedic performances and cry at themes like the passage of time and how cruel it is. Tom Hanks is great as usual
