Im so glad I picked up Quiet Place 2 4K Steelbook Thank You

It's Ok but I love the 4k what a crisp picture!!!!!

This sequel is on par with the original quiet place

Writer and director John Krasinski delivers another exceptionally terrifying creature feature in A Quiet Place Part II, which picks directly where the first film left off. And like its predecessor, this follow-up is another emotional journey that expands on the world he built three years ago, allowing for the characters to grow while also incredibly raising the anxiety-inducing tension, making it that rare sequel that's every bit as good as the first. The sequel breaths a sigh of relief and silence on 4K Ultra HD, outfitted with an excellent Dolby Vision HDR presentation and an awesome, reference-quality Dolby Atmos soundtrack. With a sadly disappointing set of supplements, the overall SteelBook package is nonetheless is Highly Recommended.

This was an amazing sequel to the captivating original thriller! Not to be missed!

After the long delay to releasing A Quiet Place Part II, we finally get to find out what has happened to the Abbott family in the wake of the first movie, and it was worth the wait. The sequel clearly has a bigger budget to tell a more expansive story compared to the relatively claustrophobic original. The additional context and characters are very welcome and keep the film feeling fresh. While some of the excitement and novelty has waned since the first film surprised us all, it is still great. The 4k UHD picture and sound is a must, even for a "quiet" film. The steelbook packaging and art is beautiful and a great addition to any media collection.

This is a great sequel! It finally gives a hint of where the deadly aliens came from, and shows us how it all began. Are all the questions answered? No. Thats for the next film. We still have the family now trying to survive after leaving their home. Along the way we meet new survivors, some of whom were there from the beginning - starting with a baseball game. Others aren't so civil, but they get what they deserve. I won't go into everything about the film - and I could - but it would be best for you to see the film for yourself. It's an excellent film. It beat the odds and made good money even during the pandemic!

Saw this in theaters (after a freaking long COVID wait) and it did not disappoint. It’s VERY rare to find a sequel as good as the original and John Krasinski pulled it off amazingly. Some of the world building elements don’t all quite mesh but it is still one of the best suspense ideas to ever be created. And the opening scene alone makes this movie, not to mention some amazingly done scenes and performances. Cilian Murphy continues to show his strengths and even though Emily Blunt is kind of sidelined in the sequel in favor of the kids growth, she is still a standout.

I am not a fan of horror/suspense movies in general, but had seen this movie (and part 1) come up many, many times in home theater evaluations as having exceptional and immersive sound (ironic given the title). While I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and thought the did an incredible job acting (there is almost no dialogue, it's all about emotion, facial expressions and some sign language)...the sound absolutely lives up to the hype. Incredibly immersive, tons of fun directional effects and atmospherics that just suck you in to the experience!

I just watched the first movie quiet place about a month ago. An excellent thriller movie. As soon as part 2 was available purchased it at my local Best Buy. Watched it last night. This is a movie that demands your attention. The lack of dialog reveals the excellent acting with facial expressions and body language. There are moments when your startled and at other times I caught myself holding my breath. I was expecting a movie that wrapped up how humans defeat the aliens instead it leaves the door open for another movie in the series with numerous possibilities.

If you enjoyed the first movie and became invested in the characters, this one will not disappoint. I was attempting to predict what would happen every step of the way... maybe got it right a few times but for the most part I had no idea what was coming. The acting in both of these movies is superb, there is something quite amazing about entertainers that can make you hang on every moment of silence (rather than every word). The level of acting through body language and communication by facial expression will be examples for others for many years to come.

It's really hard to find a sequel that follows and is good as the previous one nowadays. This is not the case for "A Quiet Place: Part II", so intriguing from the first few minutes I started watching it, just great as "A Quiet Place". If you enjoyed the first movie and got attached to the characters, this one will not disappoint you, John Krasinski did an excellent job in his sequel part 2 and the acting in both of these movies is superb! Also owned in 4K Ultra HD Blue-ray which it makes it more enjoyable to watch!

I really enjoyed the original “A Quiet Place” and eagerly awaited the sequel during its many postponements due to Covid. Fortunately, the waiting was worth it. Almost as good as the original, Part II is a great continuation to the story and leaves you wanting a Part III. The A/V Quality of the UHD is great, especially the sound, which is very important in this film. The bonus features are a little light, just like Part I, but what is there is nice.

After a few watches, I can’t decide if I like 1 or 2 better, but the sequel definitely does not disappoint. I would say 2 has more action, but 1 has better emotion. The 4K picture is average, but the real star is the Dolby Atmos soundtrack! Plenty of height channel action and the LFE hits hard. I give the steelbook design a 4/5. It’s much nicer in person, but they could have done better. The Mondo steelbook for the first movie is so much better.

I loved the 1st movie and the 2nd was just as good if not better. This one showed the alien creatures arriving to earth and the aftermath of their arrival. Now I see how they got here but I still want to know why? Was their planet blown up and they hitched a ride in the meteors that brought them here. Was this a planned alien invasion? No one knows but one thing is for sure, these things are vicious killers!

Great sequel to the original A Quiet Place. The opening act is exciting and fills in some background that was left to the imagination in the first movie. The story focuses on Regan, the hearing impaired daughter as she begins to emulate her dead father's resourcefulness and drive to protect her family. Of course the ending sets up a third sequel, but is satisfying in execution. Highly recommended if you like the first movie.
