Like Genesis, but not quite

If you're looking for record of songs that seem as though they were written by members of Genesis, but doesn't sound quite like Genesis, this is the album to buy. It's full of covers by old progressive rockers who used to be in bands that you would recognize like Brand X or Yes (such as Billy Sherwood's bass playing for Word Trade on this album), new progressive rockers that you likely have never heard about as well as tried and true Genesis cover bands. So, if you're tired of Peter Gabriel singing about being a lawnmower or Phil Collins singing a love song to a lady of the night, you can find those same sentiments being expressed by artists you likely don't know.
