I ordered this stand, and the product arrived with broken parts as others have reported. I called Twinstar (the people that handle the warranty) to request a replacement part. Twinstar sent a replacement part from a different stand (even though picture evidence was required of the broken part and of the best buy receipt with the model number.) They now refuse to overnight the correct part, and they claim another 7-10 business days for a replacement part. Unless you want to wait a month to assemble your stand, do not purchase a Bell'O product. Pictures attached of the broken part and the replacement they sent.

Before I get stared, I will warn you that this will be a long review. So before we bought this product, we were looking around a long time for a tv stand in the style and size that I wanted. We searched for a while and this is the style that I feel in love with. The color is gorgeous. No other style suited our needs. Anyway, originally we were going to buy the bigger size. The one that could hold a 80 inch tv. We weren't in any hurry to buy it. So stupid of us. That size sold out and it looks like its not coming back. It was taken off my favorites list. So we looked and found this size. We ordered it immediately before this size sells out!! The box was sent to my work. A couple co-workers were kind enough to help me take it to my car. The box was about 130 pounds. Though my husband was able to carry it inside by himself. Thank goodness. When I started to unpack it, I knew we made the right purchase. Even with the flaws I discovered while unpacking it. I LOVE the color. Everything was perfect except two things. A piece was torn off. Luckily it was the piece that's located on the very bottom shelf in the back. It is used by putting one of the screws in it, from the back, to secure the back piece of the tv stand. I ended up just using wood glue. Because the holes did not match up after I glued the piece back on, I did not bother with the screw. But securing the backing of the stand is not one of my top priorities when it comes to tv stands. Then the other big damage was the piece way on the bottom, right where the doors are inserted. There was a long crack. What I did was put a small amount of wood glue in the crack and put pressure on it. After it dried, I used the colored marker that came in the box to match the crack to the color. It's perfect. But I found out it doesn't matter anyway because when I put the door in, I couldn't see the crack at all. So in the end it was no big deal. I read reviews where people said it's real wood or pressed wood. Can it be both? I don't know. But the piece that broke off in the back showed me that at least the long bottom shelf is pressed wood. It's just as well. Real wood would be really expensive and make it a whole lot heavier! This is why it's rare to get a tv stand and other items in real wood solid wood. Unless you want to pay a pretty penny. That's why it never bothers me when I'm buying something and I learn it's pressed wood. I decided to go to my local hardware store and buy brushed nickel cabinet knobs, instead of using the ones that came with the stand. I am so glad I did. It makes it pop! The tv stand is already a dark espresso brown, having the same color knobs would be boring. Trust me, get the brushed cabinet knobs. It's beautiful. I will try to include a photo of our finished stand in this review. Lastly, we have decided to take out the two shelf dividers on the top shelf. We have a sound bar that will be taking up almost all the entire depth of the tv stand. Because I heard a man who has had a problem with sagging, I have decided to put the two shelf dividers in there, but back some and sideways. My plan is to get some black construction paper and put it on top of the two shelf dividers, thus fiving it even more support. I have noticed that the top of the tv stand is high enough that it doesn't even touch the two shelf dividers. So when we do put the tv on it, I wonder if it will look like it's sagging because it has to go down some when weight is applied, making it look like it's sagging? So when we do get our tv, I plan on putting it as far back as I can, where the two shelf dividers are. Putting more weight on the dividers then on the front where there is no support. Well, this is my review. I hope I have helped someone with it. Consider getting this product. If you love the look of this stand even a little, get it now before it's sold out. Because there are no other tv stands out there right now, that looks even remotely like it. Trust me, I've looked.

When I ordered this product I was excited to get it. When we unloaded it, we saw cracks and chipping. We were glad they were not on the visible side. Best Buy was nice to offer to exchange it or return. Neither we wanted to do. So they offered a partial credit back! Looks beautiful in our home

Great TV/AV unit for our flat screen TV. Plenty of room for components, storage and perfect for soundbar. The only downside is that the unit is made and shipped from overseas so there was minor damage. Not a big problem as I was able to glue the attachment and you really can't tell it was damaged. Only other comment is that the box containing the unit is pretty heavy.

I was looking for a very specific type of stand for my new 65 inch tv. Tall, center openings, dark brown wood finish. Sounds easy, but nearly impossible to find. Very easy to assemble. And it looks stunning. I couldn't be happier with how it looks.

Tv table is just what we wanted, sturdy, spacious and blends well with all our furniture.

Beautiful stand fits an LG 65in 4k tv perfectly. First shipment, stand was damaged, it happens gave it a second shot it was perfect. Bell'O is an excellent brand highly recommend if you want a more contemporary look.

I can see why this product is no longer carried by the store. Cheap chipboard allowed legs to break off in shipping. It would not have held up for years of use. The probability of the legs breaking off the first time you rearranged furniture, is very high.

I just received this last night and couldn't be more pleased. Pros: 1.) It's wood and not particle board - The quality is really nice for this price level of furniture. It costs under $400, that's cheaper than more particle board TV stands. 2.) It's SIMPLE to put together with no tools needs - Having put together a gazillion of this type of furniture, bookshelves, cabinets, etc..over the years, I can't begin to express what a pleasant surprise it was putting this thing together. Total time was 45 min. and not once did I swear, get mad or even break a sweat. It's simple as pie. 3.) Back panel is cheap cardboard (it's plastic) and has precut wire access holes 4.) The shelves have venting slots cut into them! Cons 1.) The box is heavy. I managed to get it into my garage, open the box and then carry the pieces inside without any issue. 2.) As many have expressed, the packaging leaves the item susceptible to damage during shipping. I was lucky enough not to have any but I could see how it could happen. The styrofaom used is supper flimsy. Note (Not really a pro or con) The finish is closer to black than espresso It's well worth the $ and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It's a top notch TV stand for price point and looks stylish.

I saw this in a competitor store and immediately wanted it. The finish on this product is superb. It is HARD WOOD not manufactured / engineered wood! No tools installation is GREAT, once unboxed it took a little over an hour to put together. Packaging was great. Minor blemishes on some of the surfaces, but that is to be expected with it being REAL wood. Instructions are very clear and straight forward which was nice. Product is very sturdy once completely assembled. Back panel isn't typical chincy cardboard but rather are stained wood / plastic (didn't look much into it) panels. The doors have seals on both sides of the glass so that there is no annoying door rattle like I've experienced with other products. I paid a fair amount less than list price, but after all said and done, would buy again at list price in a heart beat! Highly recommend this product!

Beautiful piece of furniture. We searched high and low for a tv stand that had height, a place for a sound bar, was dark wood, NOT all open shelves, and fits a 60-65"tv. Sounds basic but was practically impossible to find. This product meets all of those req's and is just beautiful. Dark espresso wood exactly as shown in the pic. Easy to assemble. Great price.
