Best foreign film of the decade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better than Amelie. Although that's far from a unanimous consensus, it is how I felt after seeing this film. I loved it in a way I love few foreign language movies. It's a real epic, and a real story, full of side stories along the way and a very satisfying and believable resolution. The beginning was a little iffy, I thought at first I'd made a mistake watching it, but get past the first 15 minutes and you will likely love it.
