Not your typical war story. Shows the difficulty of making a quick decision on limited on hand information. Is it more important to protect your troops or risk collateral civilian casualities. Interesting to watch once but not a keeper.

THE MOVIE WAS BASED ON AN INTERESTING IDEA... HOWEVER THE FACT THAT IT WAS DANISH AND HAD TO HAVE THE AUDIO SWITCHED TO ENGLISH KIND OF MADE IT TOUGH TO WATCH AS IT DID NOT MATCH UP WELL. SORTA LIKE AN OLD GODZILLA MOVIE.

I thought it was going to be a good movie until the language and the lips didnt line up...Dubbed over.

One of my new favorite war movies. Great, realistic depiction of combat coupled with a moral dilemma. Cross between Black Hawk Down and Restreppo.

This commander is ask to defend the local village against the taliban forces, tthe under lying theme is while this soldier gives up alot to defend ur country military families r almost forgotten.the end is somewhat interesting..the routine mission caught in a heavy crossfire,in order to save his men. co Pederse must make a decision .that is curical. Highly recommended

A great and authentic movie about Afghanistan and the challenges of combat along with the psychological toll. A movie about the Danish but easily could apply to any country.

A must for any Afghanistan or even Iraq War veterans. Outstanding acting and well written script that vets certainly can relate to and understand without over dramatics typical to many mainstream movies.

Wasn't very good, I think it was actually bad. Cover is decieving

First off this movie is made in danish. We changed the language to english, and it was just hard to watch and follow. The actors mouths and the translation obviously don't match up, and that drives me crazy. We made it 20 mins in before I had to.shut it off.

Dutch is the first language. Once you switch it the English sounds horrible. Don't buy unless you know dutch

very disappointed in this movie. I was hoping to trade it in for something better.
