Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product and there is no code offered to redeem it. It has a link to instructions on how to redeem. When you follow the instructions it basic tells you to go to Steam and activate your product by entering a code. The problem is they didn't give me a code. I don't see it anywhere in my digital library. Does anyone have a solution for this? I tried their online chat help and got stuck waiting until I just gave up and went to bed. It also says "no returns". How can I return something they didn't give me, but have charged me for?
