I've owned this laptop for over a year now and so far so good! There's no signs of aging or slowing down even after a full year. There's no operating system, so you won't be able to download games or other software. But this could be a great laptop for a child or an adult. It's bare bones- just the internet and Google Drive. For me, this is all I need in a laptop since I also have an iPad. Plus, it's so affordable!

Good price for a pretty solid small portable computer. Decent battery life though more RAM (comes with 2 GB) would be nice. micro SD can extend storage.

I got this Chromebook on sale for $130. It's a great deal for that price. I am replacing an older Acer Chromebook from early 2014 that was $200. This one has a better screen than my old one and the white plastic does not scratch as easily as the gray paint on the old one. The new one is not any faster, but both are fairly speedy for light web browsing and running web applications. With only 2 GB of RAM you should not have more than a few tabs open before they will refresh when you switch back to them. Keep in mind the limitations of a Chromebook; it has limited function when you are not connected to the Internet.

Chromebook is perfect for browsing the internet or google docs. My boys use them for school and my husband takes his on the road with him. It's nice and light and makes my laptop feel like a big dinosaur! A great price too!

My 10-year old has been using Chromebooks in class. I bought this for her so she would have easier access to a computer at home. I did have to reinstall ChromeOS after the first boot, but that was an easy process.
