My daughter needed a computer to use in her classes. This works well for everything she needs.

The chromebook is good enough for people who mostly use chrome browser and its apps. It is sufficient enough to handle any web page you throw at it. Good buy for some one who want a simple machine that works without any maintenance.

Does the job for exactly what I need, which is taking notes in class and having a laptop at home. Saving everything on the cloud is great and convenient. Can be sluggish at times when doing too much

I got it for my son but I find myself using it. One thing that was a hassle was connecting my wireless printer, wish it automatically does it. Great starter computer.

This chromebook works beautifully and does everything I would use a tablet for and more. It is ready to use out of the box with minimal set-up. It is great not to have to worry about virus protection or finding the right keyboard.

My granddaughter loves this computer. It is light weight and prefect for her school projects.

This is a really nice Chromebook especially for the price. It is kind of plastic looking, kinda like my old fisher price record player look, but with a laptop. This thing gets it though and works pretty well with google docs. I got this for the Black Friday $99 deal so you can't beat it...

Chromebook is much more handy then using your cell phone to check e-mails and such. Very Fast start up and great connectivity!

I love my Chromebook, it's just as functional as any regular computer. However, the chiclet keyboards is awful. You can't pop them off and fix them like regular keyboards. It's also not as easy to type with them. The chiclet keyboard fad has got to end. They are awful. That's the only downside to this machine.

Bought this for the purpose of basic web browsing (facebook, emails, finances, etc) and web based games. Works great and has an excellent battery life.

The chrome book was the perfect gift for my husband and the price was just a great. My husband googles everything and the chrome book is now stuck to him like glue, he loves it. The ease of use and the reliability is great!

This is a very useful laptop. It was inexpensive and has served me well while my desktop (also Acer) was acting up. I'm pleased with it and would buy another.

I bought this Chromebook for my wife, who found constant frustrations with our Windows laptop. This Chromebook is a well-built and easy-to-use computer that does the basics well. Of course, its simplicity comes with some loss of flexibility, and you have to get used to living in a Google in-the-cloud world.

I needed something for my son for school. Our school district uses Google apps, such as drive, calendar, docs. This is perfect. Fits right into his backpack. Cheap enough that if it gets lost or stolen it won't break the bank. He also uses it to watch videos, listen to music and surf the internet.

Chromebook are awesome laptops for web browsing thats it. They are not meant for gaming or installing programs in them, but for a average person who wants to go to facebook or check emails or stream videos they're perfect for you and they are build to last longer than other laptops out there

This is a good product for the limited uses it was designed to perform. It is great for quickly jumping on the internet to check a recipe or read something online or to type an email that is too long to use your phone. My kids also use it to watch streamed video. But that's pretty much it. Thus the cheap price tag. That's what I wanted from the device, so I'm satisfied. Didn't give it 5 stars because it is a little slower to load the internet than I would expect.

Purchased two of the Acer Chromebooks. One for my daughter and one for me. So far so good. No issues, Set up was easy. Much quicker than my laptop, but then I realize nothing is stored on the computer. So far, I am enjoying this new unit and have not had any issues with connections or searching.

I bought 4 of these black friday, already having one bringing the total to 5 in all. Excellent for my school aged chdren to do their homework on.
