Our 3rd Acer Chromebook in the house. Mostly for the kids. Priced great, and excellent product. Would, and do, recommend these chromebooks to everyone I know, especially those with kids.

This is everything a chromebook should be : 1)cheap 2) quiet / no fan 3) great battery life

I bought this for my gf after her laptop finally died. She uses it for web browsing, email and Netflix and loves it. It has awesome battery life as well which is always a huge plus.

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter as a gift and it has not disappointed. Took a little getting use to and even longer to get it jooked up to our printer so she can do her own papers. Also great charging time and awesome battery life.

This computer is excellent for reading e-mails, watching movies,social media etc..I was disappointed when I went to watch a movie on tv through the hdmi port and only the audio worked. I went to the forum and found out that clicking the content and dragging to the right will make it appear on the tv although you don't see any of the movie controls. I believe they have to work on that. The keyboard mouse is limited when right clicking. It works good with an external mouse though.

This is the first chromebook I have ever purchased. I must say it has been a great buy! I use it everyday to do my nursing documentation at home. It is very fast and easy to use.

Purchased this computer about a moth ago, and I love it. It is very light weight and has a great screen quality.

This Is a great laptop option that supports all of my requirements. It's easy to use and since all applications are on the Internet you don't need to worry about maintaining versions. Combine with Google Drive and never worry about file backups.

This ACER Chrome book is a lot faster than other laptops that I had. It starts up in seconds. I use it for doing school projects. Love it!

I would highly recommend the Acer Chromebook to anyone. I purchased my Acer Chromebook to replace a ten year old desktop. I really like the portability of the Acer Chromebook.

I got this to quickly grab emails and for general web access in the bedroom. I ended up with a chromebook because they aren't fussy and are easy to maintain. Efficient as computing gets. My non-tech mom can use it with no support. I have quite a few PCs, laptops, and tablets and they all have compromises regardless of price. I even own a Macbook. If you buy this knowing that this isn't going to be a workstation or game machine then it will meet and exceed all expectations. It boots almost instantly, supports AC wireless, is small and light, has HDMI out, its stable, and battery life is excellent probably due to the new low power Intel processor. Maps, mail, youtube, Netflix, web centric tasks all run with ease and no issues. As for features, the Screen is decent given the price; better than some of the higher priced chromebooks I checked out. It was between this and the Toshiba 13" HD which was double the price. Although the Toshiba had a nicer screen, I talked myself out of it due to the intended purpose. The acer screen is decent enough. No blue tint to the display like a few of the other competitors. Yes viewing angles are a little limited but no worse than most of the cheap laptops. Its light, portable, and fairly sturdy. Battery life is amazing at this price. I would say easy 7 hours of use cruising the web. Cons: My only complaint is not having the ability to upgrade memory. 2 GB is, at times, a bottle neck and you do see slow downs if you are multi-tasking. In its defense, I realize adding a memory slot costs money; I guess compromises had to be made given its price point. All in all, I can safely say its the best chromebook value at the moment. No real flaws functionally and the compromises are bearable. I got it on sale and below $200 and would say its the best chromebook value. I direct friends and family to this model.

It's super easy for him to access his school work. He navigates through it worth ease. I'm glad I bought it as his starter computer.

I was very pleased when I received this laptop. It is very nice looking, better than the picture and a pretty good size. My mom loves it and it will be easy to take with her while she travels. It is definitely a great buy!

This has been a good product at a good price. Our one disappointment is that we need some kind of DVD software to watch a movie. We asked this question specifically and the associate said there was no reason we could not watch movies on it.

For the last 10 years I have only owned Apple products. When I first got this laptop I even had to ask how to get in the internet. It turned out to be really easy. I love my laptop now. And its so much lighter and easy to carry.

This chromebook is awesome.you can do a lot with it. You can watch movies, do homework facebooking etc.

great for a 4th grader. She uses it for her school required programs(dream box,etc)
