The price is right for what you get. I love that I can have individual log ins for each family member. Easy to use. Lightweight. Issues include: printing, but this is a Chromebook issue all around. Not just this one.

slightly slower and of lower build quality than my other acer touchscreen chromebook but it is considerably lighter to carry and the brighter screen combined with a matte finish makes it a better option on the go. the battery also lasts about 1~2 hours longer.

This does everything asked. Purchased two of them. I use for basic websurfing and video streaming and also will be what I take with me on vacation. The other one is for college student who has regular laptop. Purchased for portability concerns. Has been used for same purposes and works great Don't buy for gaming or photo editing..not built for that. Easy setup. Just wish had access to google playstore apps, but available ones are suffice.

We purchased this computer for my wife to do blog work. She absolutely loves it. It is lightweight and very portable. The charge lasts a long time as well. Great for what we needed it for.

It's a great value and I use it all the time! I would recommend it to anyone needing something inexpensive for on-the-go. I've had problems trying to print things and it is very limited in programs that will work on it. It's not as solid as a MacBook Air but it's also very affordable unlike the MacBook Air. Great value and I like the white color, altho' it marks up easily and I should've opted for a darker color. Overall ... I'm happy with my purchase!

This Acer is a minimal low end chromebook, but hey that is why you are buying a chromebook. It does web browsing, email, and light word processing out of the box. The nice part is that like most chromebooks, it is almost instant on, the battery lasts a very long time, and it is very easy to setup and use. This one has ac Wifi also, a plus!

i love this chromebook! i purchased on super sale for only 130. i have had this for about 2 months, its perfect for college. light, slim, fast, nice size keybord. I use the online google doc all the time, and its so easy to make it word. amazing for the price. perfect for on the go.

Very fast, lightweight, and transportable among classes.

I have two chrome books. My first chromebook is an HP 14 and it is outstanding. I purchased the Acer 11 for my son who destroyed his laptop and needed a fast replacement. At first he resisted the idea of chromebook because it is just not the right piece of tech for gaming, but once he realized how convenient it is in that it boots up instantly and the Google OS is pretty much virus proof, he started to warm up to it. Personally, I think the Acer is not as powerful as my HP 14, but I still like it for being lightweight, and highly portable. I bought an Acer for myself to take on road trips. If the Google OS can come up with a good document application, it would be the perfect piece of tech for students from grade school up to college.

The chrome book is well worth the money ($200). It surfs the Internet faster than my iPads, nexus 7's, and my laptop. I bought one for my grandson to do his homework. I had to play with it to be sure it was ok ;-) I kept it and bought him another. Is it perfect... No. But what computer is. Is it a great bargain... You bet cha! By the way, my grandson (14) loves his too! And it never hangs up and never gets a virus!

College student. I love this laptop. It's lightweight, nice white color, the keyboard is really smooth to use. The only downside is only being able to operate on wifi. Which is not a problem because there are a lot of apps and sites available through Google that allow me to write my papers. Runs really well on wifi and streams Netflix perfectly. I can go a day or two without a full charge because I didn't use it that often.

I brought this computer for my son to use for his 5th grade computer homework assignments. He really likes it!! Everything also syncs with his Samsung Google phone. The price was perfect and he has not once asked me how to use it!! This chrome book is light weight ,easy to use and is perfect for my 10 year old son!!

The price fit my budget. It is user friendly. The speed was faster than I anticipated .

I got this chromebook after my desktop blew up, and I've had it for about 2 months and its great. I don't really do anything complicated like gaming on it, so it boots up super fast, loads YouTube videos instantly, is quiet, and doesnt heat up on my lap. Downside is if you ever lose internet you can't do anything- not even write a document because its all in the cloud...but that's what a chromebook is.

My overall thought on this computer is that it's nice for a $199 laptop. The screen is nowhere near top notch, the sound quality is okay, and the build is mostly plastic. With that being said the keyboard is very good and clicky with a decent amount of travel. This is a really good keyboard on a budget computer. The screen will not amaze anyone, but it's not meant to. It's a TFT panel, so viewing angles suffer, but an 11" computer will not be for someone looking to huddle friends around to show them the latest video on YouTube. The build quality is fairly good. I have a buldge near the hinge, but it does not effect the way the device opens or closes. The speakers are good for a $199 laptop, and definitely aren't going to wow you upon first listen. Don't expect to listen to videos in a crowded, noisy, room. Overall, I bought this laptop for school online and it works great as that. If you're looking for a computer that is ultra fast, hardcore, and top end experience, then this won't satisfy you. If you're on a budget and need a computer for quick document creation or light web browsing, then this computer will do fine and you won't break the bank.
