I am so happy with my purchase I bought this laptop refurbished and it looks and works like new! I am very satisfied with the performance of this computer and it looks great too it is very thin and sleek!

I've had this computer for 4 months. Now every time I use it claims password is wrong ok I change it do what I need. Next day I log in same thing password issue. This has gone on for nearly a month. Oh I pd for tech support when I call I have waited an hour at which point I give up try again same story. Then the dreaded chat with computer so unsatisfying. Even called Google no difference. This was a refurbished computer. Well I learned my lesson never again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
