Very easy to use. Great for internet surfing.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this specific chrome book because it was one of only a few with back lit keys. The Best Buy description showed the keys and mentioned the keys as a unique feature. Unfortunately this model apparently no longer has back lit keys. And yes, I tried taking it into a dark room to check for a light sensor. I also looked for the magical "F9" key as an on/off switch. There is none. It isn't a deal breaker but it is disappointing.

Not as advertised

The issue was the computer that we looked at in the store had a keyboard with backlighting. This was a priority in our search for a laptop for my stepdad who is a veteran and has trouble seeing. The computer that was received did not have backlighting.I would recommend something happens to identify where the communication between the store advertising, the clerk helping with the order, and the person receiving the order. There was a breakdown in communication somewhere.
